Default Why is Caribsports only a B rating?

...just curious.. i never see complaints about them at all..

and I just noticed they were downgraded from B+ to B earlier this year, with not explanation

Around that time I think it was said that they stopped/were to stop advertising at this site. There have been a few complaints, like how they cancel bets if you try to hedge.

They pay really, really fast and they have always been solid though. Their juice on mlb is a bit high for my liking though.

B would be more than they are worth in my short experience with them when I couldn't get any sort of decent sized bet on - but that was a few years back now

do they offer odds competitive with Pinnacle, BetFair and Matchbook?

do they let you bet $2000+ and not limit you?

do they pay within 24 hours without charging any fee?

unless they get ticks on all those they don't deserve to be classed as an A book

they charge fees when you start to win.. they cherge you to put mooney in and take it out. There odds are very poor in general. If you bet 2k per game and win you will be hasseled but not limited

how can you rate them an A if their odds are crap, they charge you fees for everything and hassle you if you win?

I'm pretty sure they limited me to $500 after my first week.

B is already too much for Carib, they sent me through hassles till i got out...that includes limits, hidden payout fees for Neteller deposits, and the lines suck anyway (besides small markets like halfs where they used to move slowly, but as this industry changes Carib limits much faster now anyway)

Their owner is a good old school bookmaker but doesn't seem to be handling the day to day anymore. It's a very old decent book that won't stiff you but they aren't big time. They will cancel bets if you buy a play back on the other side. Their software backend isnt great for managing their action yet they rather keep sharps. There have been some arbitrary fees that they reconsidered after the player complained.

Right, we took them down after the complaints they said wouldn't happen again did.

Arbitrary fees? Funny how you talk about Jazette stealing when in reality it was just "rule enforcement" clearly laid out in the TCs and this is "arbitrary fees". But guess you need to earn a check.

Carib is a pretty good book. B is about right.

are these important for raiting? Definitely they don't limit your bets.Because Matchbook and Betfair are exchange. They are not "book". also they don't offer any odd. Bettors create odds.Matchbook superb at NFL,NHL and MLB....
but college sports odds like -135/-135
If we talk about "fee" Bookmaker's b2b fee is 100$ nevertheless it is A+ and I think it doesn't allow free withdraw.
If we talk about limit, Ladbrokes and Will Hill (both are A) should be D or C. maybe you right.but there are lots of paradoxical situations or I can't understand this raiting system.

    LOL!

they are a solid book and are no different than what you call an A+ book in 5dimes.

They pay and they pay quick but their lines are horrible, you can always get a better price at any other book. In the long run it will cut into how much you can win. If they were better on there lines i'd still play there

yeah i've always considered them an A. I won in there casino 20K once and lost that 20k the following day in their casino on 500/hand blackjack. I got no rebate becuase there was no net loss. I asked for a comp for the action i gavev them in the casino. A big fat zero they gave me. I was really exspecting something. I mean hell if i withdrew 20 grand and redeposited it, i'd get a several thousand rebate.

Everyone gets at least 1 free payout a month, gold gets 2 free/month, and platinum 3 free per month. Cris offers wagers on everything. They pay like clockwork and have been around as long as almost anyone else. To my knowledge, they are not big on limiting players. Their limits are high. There are only a handful that should be A+ and Bookmaker is at the top of that list. I do sympathize with the huge fee for sportsbook transfer...I remember when it was free and wish they would include that in the free payouts.

That was the same thought I had.

Like right now, DSI, Greek, Bookmaker all have:
    MIA+100
    CIN-120

    Carib has:
    MIA+105
    CIN-125

So it's only a bad line if I want the Bengals.

carib and betjam for me are C.The only reason to be a B- is their fast payment, and that they are very safe. That s all. They have nothing more.

withdrawl from carib, in less than 5 minutes money is in my moneybookers wallet and no fees...

Carib is a good safe book but a lot of the info about them charging hidden fees and lowering limits is 100% true.

Their reload bonus is sticky money! It's on freaking credit, sad...
I deposited funds into Caribsports and never had a problem until
recently when they did not credit my account until 3 days later
when I complained. They come back with oh we are very sorry that
happened. No free cash outs and $35 FED EX fee. All in all, they have
a nice website, good customer service, fast pay outs, but question
their service is going down hill a bit!

  31. #31

    Default

I cashed out of Caribsports and only received half the amount. Called them up and they said it was a processing error and will put the balance back into my account. I ask the FED EX shipping fee refund and they told me they would only refund half of the amount. So if I want my balance back in my hands I have to pay another $35. Then kindly ask them to just cut me a check and send it me for their mistake.
No good with manager and gave me the run around. I am deeply disappointed and wonder to if a lot of books are going broke and or are poorly managed. They are not a monopoly and feel they should take care of the customers a bit better to keep them abroad.

  32. #32

Damn, I never caught the $35 check fee. I should have looked harder when I signed up. I see that ********** is free for cashouts, but I've never used it before, so I'm not sure if I can or not.

Yeh, see this is a good very legitimate point. Oftentimes I pick up a half or whole point there, it just amounts to which side you are taking.
One man's trash is another's treasure.
Anyway, I've been with Carib about ten years and have never had a problem, find the staff courteous and although their software is outdated to some, it is lightning fast for me, which is better than I can say for most of my other outs. I like them alot..............but I am not a $1000 a game bettor.

  34. #34

I realy love playing at that site. great lines. easy to use. when you wager, you don't have to type the number of the amount, just select one.

  35. #35

I recently place a wager on a certain team and they won, but Caribsports flipped the team I played and gave me the loser when I checked after the game was over. Caribsports said there were sorry that I picked the wrong team and it was documented, but they changed my pick to hope I think I made a mistake. A 4 unit play also. Damn I pissed, oh also no more FED EX cashout option!
Caribsports is graded a D minus from me!
