Carib is a very good book from top to bottom for the recreational type player. Although, I really didn't find all that much value to playing there like I do at
BetJamaica for example.
Their limits are rather low IMO, and they will collar you fast if you hit at a pretty good clip. The limits do seem to vary though. Now based on my knowledge of Carib, anything wagered above a dime a game (net wagering limits vary on the player it seems like) they have been known to move the line a 1/2 point (hence your delay question).
The bonuses they offer are sticky bonuses, so you better use it very strategically if you play there.
As far as a general overview about them goes. They have no outstanding complaints levied against them and no current processing delays. They accept Neteller but not MoneyBookers, however they do seem to process credit cards pretty well from my understanding.
