BETONLINE247 not paying
Hello,
I have register some weeks ago to www.betonline247.com, and deposit 20 pounds after I had received a 20 pounds bonus,
After I finish the 10 times roll over I have requested a withdrawal which is still pending since then.
Aug 14, 2010 11:21 PM Withdrawal (mb) -438.33 (pending).
I have send my id card to them to check my details.
I send also 2 emails asking about my situation.
No answer to my emails, ''nothing''
Is any way to recover the money I won.
Does anybody knows where they have a license? |

We received your verification and verified. We will process your withdrawal request next 3-4 business days. We are experiencing large number of withdrawals due to our hot bonus but all withdrawal requests are processed with no questions via Moneybookers.
I dont belive.
I also lost money with goldvictory.com and Betonbet.
I saw this bookie doesn't any license.
Does anybody read about their license?

I have the same problem.
I asked for a 371 GBP Moneybookers withdrawal on aug 8 and still nothing.
Hope SBR can find out what's going on out there

Well, after 2 weeks (and just 6 hours after I posted my complaints here) BetOnline paid me the full 371 GBP. Looks like posting here helped a lot. Thanks to SBR people.
Anyway, I won't be depositing a single penny there ever again. Limits are horrible (50 GBP) for all bets.

I get the winnings today
They paid me today.
All my money I withdraw.
After I made the complaint here they started to answer to my emails and Today finally paid my money.
They told me that they paid all the money to all clients.
If are more clients who did received the money from withdrawals made I recommend them to fill the complaint.

Hi!
I´ve received all the money, and I haven´t posted here, or any other site. Just sent my ID to then, as they asked. The only problem was the time to receive the money. Request 12-08-2010, received 22-08-2010. Let´s hope they act faster in the future, because I´ll be betting there as I´ve done so far.

They wrote in my email that:
"One day we had major rain in Costa Rica last month and our servers were down for few hours and worked hard to get them back and then all the sudden all the players thought we are out of business and stole everyones money. Please let them know as well to support us."

that simply vercer... your first bet must be 30 with odds 2.0 (1/1) than you must place another bet with total bet 150 (not @ once, it can be vary of amount with total 150 (ie. 50,40,25,35)). If you lucky than you can withdraw. But remember they only allow 1 bet per game. example : A X B with odds A win = 2.0, Draw = 3.4, B win = 3.3, you can bet on A or X or B you cant bet on A and X or X and B. Remember their limit per bet is 50. and their payout is slow, you must be have large patience for receive your withdraw. About 7 - 21 days.

thank you for your reply ,so my first bonus bet MUST be 30$? as all bets i've made were more than 30$ ( 200-400$) will it count ? or i have to make now as many 30$ bets as many reload bonuses i've took and afterwards all my other 2.0 bets will count?,still very confusing..
