I don't see them being broke at all Thremp.
I haven't heard/read about any slow complaint issued levied against them in quite sometime now. I think it's most likely a processing issue, because I always have heard/read that Sportbet pays via Neteller rather promptly. In fact SBR poster Ortho reported back on 2/14/08 about his recent experiences with them.

My guess would be that they didn't have enough funds in their Neteller account in order to process your withdraw request Thremp. I'm not saying it's definitely the case in your situation, however I do remember that WSEX made mention back roughly a year ago that they don't keep their Neteller account as heavily funded as they once did after the U.S. ban was implemented.

Whats the latest on your situation Thremp?

Thremp,
Sportbet saw this thread. They asked that you contact them so they can send you ** at the Neteller cost. Dan is right on the Neteller issue. They are reloading their merchant account.
You can email help@sportbet.com or call and ask for Manny.

If they honor this offer with you Thremp. then I'll always use this thread as a reference in similar future type situations.
Please let us know when your transaction is completed.![]()

Thremp, I take it that your payment issue was resolved accordingly or no?

Thanks for the update sir. I will make a note of this thread for my March payout report.![]()

I guess their Moneybookers account is empty at the moment, otherwise you would have most likely received your withdraw faster that the 2-2.5 weeks they told you sir.

In my opinion, this book has taken a major downturn since I last played with them (About a year and a half ago).....They were a decent book to be with, though even then they had some annoying policies in place, mainly around the area of rollover requirements and wager limitations. But those for the most part were to be expected, and were at least tolerable.....Since then, at least from the threads I've read about them, they've gone completely mickey-mouse in terms of operation. Just boggles my mind really; They seemed so close to taking the next step up to the higher tier sportbooks. Instead it appears they took the easy way out and want to be associated with the far more prevalent scum, bottom-feeder books.....

It's not so much going downhill as much as it is their current processing issues sir. Sportbet definitely needs to revamp that in order to provide a better service to it's non-U.S. players.

Maybe Dan, but every book has processing issues I would imagine.....Just seems that most are able to cope much, much better than Sportbet, and that in itself is simply not a good sign.....

Also, they are a clone of GamblersPalace which is also under Digital Gaming Solutions.
GamblersPalace has also taken a leadership role in weaselly, penny-ante tactics on withdrawals.
cheesiness
