    Default Sportbet Payout Issues

They're saying they are having trouble with Neteller. A processing issue or are the busto? Whats going on?

I don't see them being broke at all Thremp.

I haven't heard/read about any slow complaint issued levied against them in quite sometime now. I think it's most likely a processing issue, because I always have heard/read that Sportbet pays via Neteller rather promptly. In fact SBR poster Ortho reported back on 2/14/08 about his recent experiences with them.

My last NT payout from them was a bit more than a month ago. It took longer than usual (I'm thinking a day-and-a-half rather than same day, but sometimes I put requests in in the middle of their night bc of my time zone), but it sounds like Thremp is talking about something more recent.

This was very recent. Like last week. Just curious if it was an actual processing issue...

My guess would be that they didn't have enough funds in their Neteller account in order to process your withdraw request Thremp. I'm not saying it's definitely the case in your situation, however I do remember that WSEX made mention back roughly a year ago that they don't keep their Neteller account as heavily funded as they once did after the U.S. ban was implemented.

I have heard this from numerous places. Though most took a roundabout way of saying it. Good point. I didn't really think about this.

    All,

Allegedly from what I hear, they aren't paying **/** payouts either. Looks bad IMO.

    Thremp,

Sportbet saw this thread. They asked that you contact them so they can send you ** at the Neteller cost. Dan is right on the Neteller issue. They are reloading their merchant account.

You can email help@sportbet.com or call and ask for Manny.

Isn't me personally that they told to wait 3-5 days for **/** payouts or with the NT issue.. Though I will reference the person in question to this and maybe they'll offer the same policy for everyone.

If they honor this offer with you Thremp. then I'll always use this thread as a reference in similar future type situations.

Please let us know when your transaction is completed.

Thremp, I take it that your payment issue was resolved accordingly or no?

Wasn't my personal issue. I didn't hear any ongoing complaints from the party involved though.

They have no Neteller withdrawals (management decision). The only way to withdraw is Moneybookers 1500 limit. It as also as a 2 to 2.5 week delay!

I have a mid four figure sum so its going to cost me $75 processing fee and atleast a 2 week wait.

Bodog took three hours for me to withdraw and free
    wsex was instant
even sportsinteraction as a free neteller once a month.

I did not even take a bonus and I think deposited all together 3k in the book

I guess their Moneybookers account is empty at the moment, otherwise you would have most likely received your withdraw faster that the 2-2.5 weeks they told you sir.

Yes, this has been in the last six months. They took over 2 weeks to pay me a small sum by neteller over the summer, which wouldn't have been that big of a deal to me except they kept lying to me about it, telling me my request wasn't made properly, that it would be paid the next day, etc. when it was obvious that they were playing for time waiting for someone to deposit so there would be money in their neteller. It's not the poor service, it's the shifty lying and now that they still take neteller deposits but don't pay out via neteller, even for people who deposited that way, and that they can't be bothered to inform anyone of the fact, that makes them garbage now. I like this book and want really badly to play there, but it's just too much hassle between these completely unnecessary payout issues to go along with their long, long history of misgrading wagers. Why bother?

In my opinion, this book has taken a major downturn since I last played with them (About a year and a half ago).....They were a decent book to be with, though even then they had some annoying policies in place, mainly around the area of rollover requirements and wager limitations. But those for the most part were to be expected, and were at least tolerable.....Since then, at least from the threads I've read about them, they've gone completely mickey-mouse in terms of operation. Just boggles my mind really; They seemed so close to taking the next step up to the higher tier sportbooks. Instead it appears they took the easy way out and want to be associated with the far more prevalent scum, bottom-feeder books.....

It's not so much going downhill as much as it is their current processing issues sir. Sportbet definitely needs to revamp that in order to provide a better service to it's non-U.S. players.

Maybe Dan, but every book has processing issues I would imagine.....Just seems that most are able to cope much, much better than Sportbet, and that in itself is simply not a good sign.....

No, this is just smokescreen. Nothing has happened to affect their operation with their non-US clients. They've now stopped taking NT and MB payouts are limited to $1500 and it still takes 2 or 3 weeks for them to send the money, charging a $30 fee to boot! If there's not money in your MB account, put money in it, period. Use the $30 that you're charging for the payout to offset the cost. It's not your god-given right to make a profit on processing fees.

They're just unserious at this point. They used to be underrated at B and are now vastly overrated. This is a C book.

Also, they are a clone of GamblersPalace which is also under Digital Gaming Solutions.

GamblersPalace has also taken a leadership role in weaselly, penny-ante tactics on withdrawals.
