Hello.From over 3 or 4 months I have a lot of issues with this "site".First of all they give me bonuses if not every week, than in every 2 weeks.But when I start to contact them often they stop giving me.When I ask why they don't answer me so I go to bet in other bookie.I ask them for bonus again and they told me this time the reason,that they reject my bonus due to lack of activity..So after time I again ask for bonus and they told me that it is IMPOSSIBLE to tell me why they reject my bonus query..This is too funny,because last week they explained it to me..This is for their bonus program...ALso when I bet I have some issues..For example I want to bet on one match,I do it I contact tem if it possible to cancel the bet, but because the chat session starts some minutes later they told me that they can't cancel it because the event is over, but if this happen again and I'm contact them on time they will do it..On the next day the same thing happen.I contact them and they told me that they can't do nothing...I bet 70 BGN and after over 1 hour chat they compensate me with 20 BGN.After that some money of the bonus I bet on basketball match and the team for which I don't bet score 3 point and the line for my team droped which is bad for me and they accept the bet.. but if my team score, they reject my bet and give me the new spread line.Also when I bet on some U16 games they don't have good and fast info for this game..for example the teams don't score for five minutes and after that every of them score 6-7 points in basketball for seconds which is impossible..And of course when I ask them.. they tell me that in play console is guide only hahaha.Last time I ask them for bonus I talk with supervisor who tells me that I'm not avaliable for bonus.When I ask him he told that my loosing bets for last 3 monts are 310 BGN..Now I deceide to calculate them manualy and they are... 1 397,35 BGN..."Very little" difference...Now I ask another supervisor and she told that my bets for less than 2 monts are over 450 BGN So someone lied me...And she teld that can't give me bonus, because they add me bonus 1-2 weeks ago..They add me, because they don't e-mailed me for their new Kick of bonus..And when I ask them for goodwill bonus, they enter me Kick off bonus..idiots..
So just go away for this scam bookie...

Bet365 are far from a scam bookie ... I've used them for years and years, never had any problems.

They are one of the largest betting operations in Europe, are one of the five or so largest private companies in the UK (to put that in perspective a few of the premiership football teams are privately owned so they are bigger than them) and are fully regulated on-shore by the UK authorities, possibly the best / hardest regulators there are.

Seems the main basis for your complaints are that they do not give you free plays when you want them, did not cancel a wager of yours, and that their live score/stats on some esoteric extremely minor matches are not up-to-the-second.

1) Bonuses are just that, bonuses, they are at their whim to provide, not for when you decide you should get one. Their kickoff bonus which you are bitching about was a free 100 acct credit against qualifying deposit (either 100% of 100 or 25% of 400) not a no-stake single free play, hardly something to try to say is not good.

2) I have had them cancel a wager for me, I had two horses in the bet slip and unticked the wrong one, got them on livechat, explained the situation, and after I placed the other 'correct bet' they happily voided the first. If you are polite and calm, they are helpful. If you are constantly bitching about them not giving you more free money, they are likely less inclined to do you any favours.

3) IMO anyone dumb enough to bet on something in-running and rely solely upon the bookies representation of the score/stats stream is extremely foolish.

BTW - your entire betting history is immediately viewable from within the members/history area and net 'amt staked' vs 'amt won' is right there at the bottom, so no need for pencil and paper scribbling to come up with 'your own numbers' to argue about.

I suppose you think BalkanBet is superior to them (?)

After reading your post, I sure don't blame Bet365 for refusing to give you a bonus.

I can say with great confidence that you must be a liberal democrat or a socialist considering you are constantly asking for free money that you're NOT entitled to.

Good book especially for the Horsies I like the icon you can click which keeps you bang-up to date on any horse withdrawals which might lead you to the dreaded rule 4 deductions.

A shame other bookies don't do this. I have been caught a few times where books have not included the deduction in their prices despite the horse being withdrawn over 2 hours previous

they only cater to losing players. i had my limits on in-game NBA betting reduced to $15. and that was all based on a couple of lucky hits where i would bet the favorite at long odds when they were down by around 10 points or so. at that point, i was as square as they come too....

you're probably far less likely to be limited for action on horses than sports, unless you make a habit of hitting early on big shorteners

Yep ... it is worth the effort to maintain a facade though.

I deliberately avoid their freebet race offers, never do oddball bet sizes unless going all-in with remaining balance, when doing handfuls of favs on the same ticket or same day, keep my win target as nearly the same as I can ( ie grouping singles of 400 @ 1/3 , 500 @ 1/4 , and 1000 @ 1/8 together ) and stay away from anything but top tier soccer, avoiding the South American leagues and 2nd/3rd division Europeans even though there are arb'able lines there at times, and occasionally also do some small doubles/trebles and lay off for scratch or dutch for scratch just to shake it up a bit

Wow, this bettor is really complaining, that Bet365 won't give him Loyaly bonus every (2) week?

If you bet a lot, you will receive this bonus, but this is by the decision of the bookie....I never heard anybody complaining why the bookie didn't give him free money one week or two...

About the live betting, yes, if the odds improves, it accepts your bet with lower odds. If the odds decreases while the accepting the live bet is pending, it won't get accepted - and this this sucks, as I haven't seen any other bookie doing this.

Bet365 is not an A+ bookie, but FAR from being a scam bookie....if they could improve 1-2 things, they would be a top bookmaker
