Before I requested a withdrawal I had been told by two different clerks, on two separate occasions, that my rollover was met. But when I asked for the withdrawal my account manager came in and said that I had not. Obviously I should have kept the record of my bets, which I normally do. I don't know why I didn't here, but because of it I had no proof. I only had a ballpark figure and it was well over the rollover amount. (Heritage did tell me the same thing earlier in the year, but there I did keep my records, and they realized they made a mistake). The fact remains, however, that it would be highly unlikely for two separate clerks to arrive at the same conclusion that my rollover was met. The book was one of the family of books mentioned here. Like I said, I can't proof that they were wrong, but I do suspect it. I'm posting this only to see if there are others with similar experiences. If not, there is no point in mentioning the actual book. The account manager in question no longer works there.

I had a withdrawal from Bet Phoenix recently. I requested $4000 by Moneybookers. 2.5 weeks later they sent a cheque for $3000.

I did not contact the book and they did not contact me. They just unilaterally made this change for some reason.

It took two weeks from the time of request until the funds were removed from the account.
