Agree. Other books do that. If they can't then CS needs to be on the ball. When you have big rollovers on winnings players want to feel like they are on the same page with the book.

They put out one of the best bonus values and are going to have a lot of takers. Hopefully they ramp up and can support it efficiently.

Not hard 2 figure the info though I am still waiting on a FP I won from a contest here on Thursday. By my calculation Friday and Saturday were the 2 days. I am on a 3rd day and still not received FP. Guess the two day thing does not count for weekend, if that is case I would like SBR to state this for future purchases. So, its good you atleast got your FP

How in the world could they have possibly been that busy with a preseason NFL game??? If a book can't handle a simple question when the only games that night are a baseball game and a preseason NFL game, they have serious CS issues.
