Need clarification about Wagerchief
Does wagerchief accept players from countries other than US/Canada ?
The registration page mentions in terms and conditions agreement (step3): "Wagerchief is a USA and Canada sportsbook only we apologize for any inconvenience".
But, why do they have a list of bunch of countries in the drop down for address in step 2 ? Also, neteller is listed as one of the deposit options but it is not available to US/Canada residents.
I tried live chat for the same question but did not get any answer.

wagerchief now accepting European bettors
wagerchief (SBR rating B) tells SBR that they are now accepting European players. wagerchief is a Costa Rica based sportsbook powered by BetPhoenix (SBR rating B+).
