Hello!!

Now i must warn everyone NOT to play with SportsbookUSA !!!

In July last year i was made a withdraw from www.sportsbookusa.com to my Neteller account after a winning bet.. Nothing have happen yet! I have write to the online support on the site and i have also write to them ny e-mail and all i got is the same answer, that they have a "backlog" in their payments and they can not say when it is solved.. My last email have they ignored, no answer on that!

I have now waited OVER six mounth (almost seven) on my withdraw and today i am sure that i never will see my money again from them!!! The sum is $851, for me it´s fairly much money!!

I mean, if they are a serious bookmaker, they can´t have a backlog in the payout system for over a half a year!! I am very frustrated now and are very tired of the lame answer i got from them!! I have not recived even ONE email from them with subject: "Payout delays" or anything like that!!!

What can i do?? Is there any chans for me to get my money back from them? Is there any authority that control bookmakers or giving them license or anything that i can contact?

Fredrik, take heart my friend. I cashed out of SportsbookUSA 2 years ago. I went through the exact same process you went through. I even wrote the funds off completely. It wasn't until I contacted SBR about another problem I was having that I found out I might have a chance at recovering the $7,000 that SportsbookUSA owed me. The same week that Josh (lakerfan) from SBR contacted them on my behalf, I was on a payment plan and have since recovered 6000 of the 7000 with the final payment due next week. Once an industry person puts some weight on them, they start paying. Just contact Bill and he'll put you on the right track.

SportsbookUSA has successfully completed their payment plan with me as of today. I received my final payment of $1000 bringing to a close the $7000 cashout they have owed me for years.

I would once again like to thank both Bill and Josh of SBR who took care of this matter on my befalf. They accomplished in weeks what I was unable to do for years, and that's get money out of SportsbookUSA.

Because this has been a problem for me for so long, I almost forgot strangely enough that I also owe thanks to SportsbookUSA. They originally took over this debt from a junk book called JaxBets well after I had written the debt off the first time. Although it took them way too long to get me paid, they are owed some appreciation for ultimately clarifying the debts of others and themselves.

Hello People!!

I have wrote here before, for some year ago, about a withdraw request from SportsbookUSA.. And guess what? Nothing have happen!! Surprise!

I have both write to them via mail and chatted to the Live Support.. And you probably know what they said to me..?!

Always with a annoying "Is there anything else i can do for you...???" at the end..

Now, you see, i am really tired of them.. So i have write a Complain to "The Internet Crime Complaint Center - IC3" (http://ic3.gov/)

I have aslo write a couple of times to assistance@sportsbookreview.com but i have not get any replay..

I will NOT contact SportsbookUSA anymore because i think they are tired of me now. Last time i contacted the OnlineChat they disconnected me... :-/

I can tell you that i made my first withdraw request at the 16th July 2005... I have screenshots from the cashierpage so i have proof of that..

I am soo disappointed at this time. They are really scammers!! I think they do partys for peoples deposits, they have thousands of casino and poker players every day, how much money do you think they have avaliable ? And how can they still be online and just keeps scam poeple ??

The books' owner reports paying all players with privately held funds due to Futurebet's unwillingness to pay. Futurebet is withholding its licensee's funds while refusing to pay its users. Some Futurebet sportsbooks have closed down while others are attempting to work out deals to move player balances to other sportsbook operations, like Linesmaker.co.uk (SBR rating D+) has done. SBR expects only Futurebet-owned SportsbookUSA (SBR rating F) and new Futurebet partners BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) & Oddsmaker (SBR rating D-) players to receive payments from the Futurebet cashier. Players should avoid these scam books which have proven they are not opposed to stealing funds.

For me it is still the same.. They don´t care what i wrote to them, but now it´s a couple of month ago since i did it last.

Anyone that get their money out from this scam book for the latest time or do they stole money from ALL their players ??

It´s unbelievable that they still can be up and running and just keep on collect money from folks and not do any payouts to winners...
