Default Lets use Matchbook to our advantage..

This has worked very well for me and some other guys in the past and with the amount of traffic in here it will benefit everyone as well.

I will use todays early NCAAB as an example. Georgetown at Providence. I will be playing Providence +6

I will post my play as Providence +6 and I need to find someone, or someone find me who wants Georgetown -6. We set up a exact time(via text, email, PM, etc) that works best for us (easier if we do this during the day) and I will offer Georgetown -6 at +100 odds. The person im dealing with gets his Gtown bet at +100 odds and I get my Providence bet at +100 odds.

With the 2% matchbook fee, getting any game at -102 odds works well for me :-).

Thoughts/Opinions?

Hi Action Brett

Sounds good in theory but whether it is possible to implement is another matter.

I bet at Big Juicy Odds and their lines are -103 so not much difference.

Actionbrett,

This is probably not necessary for major matchups, as Matchbook has good liquidity on those. Where this COULD be helpful is if someone is looking to bet couple of dimes on, say, a Tennessee-Martin/Sanford game, or some other low profile matchup where a relatively big bet may not be matched.
