Ok i play at 2 books, one being betjm which i think is the best book there is and the other is bookmaker. I sometimes play there so i can play the poker, but i am finally fed up with their customer service. These are my experiences with them that has led me to close my account with them. I have had now three W.U deposits that i have sent to them that i have had to go back to the store and change because they said the country they gave me was wrong. I am now blacklisted to a certain country because of them and no book will take deposits from me to that country. When I asked for a small bonus for my trouble, they told me I was a small player and people change countries all the time for them and it shouldnt of been a problem for me. uh ok fix the problem then. So the last few days i have trying on the new i-check function. Worked great. Now in their terms it states you have to wait 10 days for payout. Fine, ok with that also. So i lose those. I ask for a bonus on those deposits and they tell me it has to be 300 or more for bonus. I ask how i can do that when i have 250 limit per check. Juan tell me's that its ok as long as i do more then one echeck totalling more then 300. ok got it. i do that and get a 10 percent bonus. So now i deposit again and do the same right. Well this time i get the lovely diana. She tells me no she will not give me the bonus because it has to be one deposit. I tell her about my previous experience and she says well he was wrong for doing that and i will make sure he doesn't do it again. I said well i have deposited 1000 dollars here this week and lost it all and all i am asking for is a 10 percent free play on the two checks totalling 300. No she says cant do it. Ok, i am a little angry now but sucking it up. I then proceed to deposit again for some reason and i win. I get 8 days into my wait time for withdrawal and contact CS again. This time i get someone who tells me i am going have to send in bank statement to show these all cleared. I said ok I will do that on the 10th day and then proceed with withdrawal. I contact them back on the 10th day and I get someone else. Now this idiot tells me i have to send in the exact void check to them i used for all my deposits? I said, well that is no where in your rules or terms when i deposited and that is not what i was told before. He said its our rules and if you want to withdrawel that is what you have to do. I said i can't do that because one, i have already been a victim of identity thef in the past and two, since you are the first one that tells me this and its no where in the rules i am not doing it and third I dont have those checks because i voided them ripped them up and threw them away 10 days ago. He said sorry you won't be able to withdrawel then. That is our policy. So we argued. Ok now granted i only had 450 dollars in my account so we are not talking a lot. So i was so pissed off i went and place it on 3 hands of blackjack and lost logged back in and talked to the lovely diana again who tells me that you dont have to send in a voided check but a bank statement and she was showing all my checks had cleared there side and i could withdrawel if i had money. Oh dear god. Angry is not the word i am going through i guess. I give books more then once chance but enough is enough for me. This is a decent book, but the customer service is enough to drop this to a B. They really don't know what each other are doing. They are the worse i ever dealt with. I deposit small at Betjm but scotty will give me a bonus almost anytime i ask. I just wanted you guys to know my experiences.
