thenutz poker room - pending cashout (04/06/2007)
Ok, here's another slow pay situation.
On June 4th, 2007, i withdrew the funds from my thenutz account. 16 days later, my withdrawal is still pending.
Yes, 11 days ago, they wrote me a letter saying that i would get my funds. But since that, nothing. Does it really takes 10 days + to process cashouts?
I'm telling myself, why the owner of thenutz poker room can't proceed my cashout? if Jon Wood has been able to process my cashout, what prevent them to do the same thing?
Any comments would be appreciated

Framboise,
Futurebet support says they can process that method and will confirm the payout with an email today. Please update us.

You are welcome Framboise. I wish this was the result everytime there was a FB complaint. We hear that their managers are even getting slow-paid.

I just requested a withdrawal from them. Looks like I'm in for trouble.

I got my withdrawal too and yes from a FutureBet site. I had to get a forum moderator to contact them. Only then did they answer my email and agree to send me a check.

Glad to hear it bud.
I sure hope you steer clear of the futurebet family of sites out there knowing from first hand experience on how they are when it comes to collecting your funds.

There isn't much we can do with these fly-bys dr. Sometimes the Futurebet webmasters contact us about how they are going above and beyond what Futurebet requires and are going to add their own processing and email CS etc. Then, when the complaints come in these book owners are no where to be found. CS is forwarding the inquiry to the same people we are emailing.
We are still trying to get a new mgr. contact for Futurebet. They recently fired and stiffed people on their staff. It isn't looking good.

If you are gonna play poker, stick with FullTilt, Pokerstars, Absolute... It takes about 48 hours for my cashouts to get to my ePassporte...

They wouldn't even answered my emails. I went to the forum where I downloaded the site and ask the moderator to contact TheNuts on my behalf. He did and they contacted me. They said they were having problems with EwalletExpress and asked if I would mind getting paid by check. I said okay. A few days later I got an email from them saying they had made a mistake and sent me a check from a bank where they no longer had an account and they were sending me another check. Within a week I got two checks each for my total withrawal drawin on the same back. I call the bank to confirm that the checks were good and they were so I cashed them both. That's the last I've heard from them. The checks were drawin on a US bank.
If they email me asking for their money, I will either not respond to their email or tell them to collect from the old G2G, another FutureBet site, as they still owe me money. I don't believe in being dishonest but with FutureBet sites that's all they understand so **** 'em.

thanks for your input on this, i'm not holding my breath to ever get the money back, but, at this point it's more a matter of principle.
I requested through Moneybookers - I wonder if it's worth it to ask for a check? Would it make a difference?
Thanks,
Danny

Are they even answering your emails? If not, try following the advice in my post.

Oh, Yes, they religiously answer my emails. But, tell me "We are third party support that handles game inquiries , acting on behalf of the poker network that licenses the software that theNutz.com uses" and must forward any requests to the "cashier department"
Unfortunately, I downloaded the site directly because a user was talking about it in another site - I did not see it advertised on any forum.
Thanks again,
Danny
