BetUS withdrawal update
I spoke with a Adam, a payment processing supervisor.
Several batches of payments were "misprocessed", and this has been a cause of problems for a lot of people waiting for payments since February. Payments are normally "executed" or "denied", but these were put in limbo. BetUS states that their payment processor has not always communicated well with them, which led to the current slow-pays.
Players who request withdrawals today should not have problems. They have Echeck, moneygram and Western Union (no bank wires) available, and players should not expect more than a 3-5 day delay.
For the players whose payouts were "lost": BetUs is working to fix this. I didn't receive a timeline, but I will work with these players and BetUS to resolve these problems.

I talked to Herman and he said something about a contract dispute with Fed-Ex, and he said that the checks were all returned to them and they had to redopsit those checks into thier bank and thus it put a delay on those payouts and now current payouts...

Translation:
Our business model is dependant on deposits exceeding withdrawal requests, unfortunately at this time withdrawal requests far exceed deposits, until this trend reverses itself there is little we can do to make payment to you in a timely manner.

We can test it pretty easily. Someone make a withdrawal request today, and see if you get your money within a week.

It is confirmed: BetUS is paying people. I had a complaint where a withdrawal request was made February 16, and the player was paid yesterday.
I'll keep updates here as I find out more.

Insane
This is driving me crazy. Justin, I was encouraged by your message referencing 3-5 days, I just asked them in a message and they said 15-20 days??? Keep in mind this is after they claimed I had a wrong routing number for a payment from 2/13, basically I have waited 6 weeks now. Any more advice?

I have a friend who is a rookie in the gambling industry and has funds in betUS, do they allow book to book transfers, if they do; to which books?

None that I know of. No one trusts them.
Books that transfer to each other are normally books rated B- or higher. Keep in mind book transfers involve one book trusting another book.

Has a book ever tried to renege on a transfer, like if Greek ( for example) took a transfer from 3Vig ( for example) then couldn't get the money from 3vig.
Once a book takes in a transfer, its their problem, right ?
