They don't accept US customers any longer but if you have an account with them already, yes you can.

I would check with 'Live Chat' before depositing to make sure 100% that you 'qualify' for this bonus.

I got one of these offers via e-mail a while ago & after I made my deposit they would not give me the bonus

Are you in the + or - there? Afaik bonuses are only given to lifetimer losers at VIP..
