Default Canadian players deposit methods

Any Canadians have the best deposit method? I've been using VISA, but I'm getting killed on the Cash Advance Fee(Which I still don;t understand) and the fact that I'm losing money on the currency exchange(ie: My bank and book have different exchange rates). So basically I'm losing 10-15$ on every transaction.

What's the cheapest way to do it, keeping in mind I don't have an E-teller, Instadebit or any other forms of accounts already set up. Would anything be better than what I'm doing now?

I've been using Western Union lately, it costs $15 to send up to $2500 most books will re-imburse the $15 if you send a certain amount (ie Bet365 $300, Pinnacle $1000).

I like western union because there is only a 24 hour waiting period to cash out, if you use Instadebit you will have to wait a week to make a withdrawal.

If your book accepts it, I highly recommend Instadebit. get an account there and you can funnel funds back and forth through your bank account. Deposts are instant, and withdrawls are almost instant (within 5 hours or so max from Pinnacle). Not all books take them, but Pinny does and they are the best book, so that's what I use.
