Default Why an "A" rated book?

Some are "A"s, some are "B"s. All of them are very good.

What do you guys think should distinguish the "A"s from the "B"s? When should a "B" be upgraded, or an "A" be downgraded?

Speed, refreshing lines, customer service, if you get your money from them or not.

E...if they can't get their shit together enough to have the speed to get you your money, you're not a valued customer. Or if they send you checks that bounce etc. B is something minor like the lines don't stay as current as quick as the A's etc.

No A rated book should be collaring or delaying. That is reserved for B and below.

Answer emails within an hour. ALL emails.

Have all of the standard/accepted ewallets available.

Pay when they say.

That is the basis for an A book.

In this case there should be a new category for great books like Olympic and WSEX!

Why the question? I like the way the books have been graded, and don't want to see the line between A and B blurred. "A" should be for excellent books. Only the best. In all regards.

How much of rating has to do with how much a company pays SBR for advertising?

Betonline ****ing sucks, they are not an A book, but somehow they get an A rating.

An "A" book is in my opinion a book, where you could have a balance of 100K or more, and not feeling nervous at all about the money.

@ 2 pac

Naturally advertising payments plays a role. I would lose no sleep over having 100K at Centrebet ( and they are a B+ book ). However I cant say the same for Betonline.

@ Justin7

And i have had no bad experiences with Betonline, as I have no account with them. I have likewise neither had any bad experiences with Betcascade

Generally I believe books located in countries without much legislation, should have a hard time attaining the A-rating.

I think your grade should be severely reduced if you are a book that refuses to take action or cuts limits on players who win. Everyone here has as their goal to win money wagering on sports, it should be made clear upfront which books are going to kick you out if you do so that way you can avoid posting up with them right up front. Would you even bother opening an account with a book that you knew was going to boot you as soon as you started to win?
I wouldn't and I would like to know who those books are.

I never said they sucked, we are talking about the difference between A and B books. Neither of such books should "suck".

All I am saying is I trust a book more that is licensed in Australia, than a book which is licensed in Panama.

And I dont think I am alone. Just look at SBR's list:

The Preferred Countries List for gaming
The countries listed below are the preferred gaming countries. They generally have strong gaming commissions, expensive and stringent gaming license procedures and modern infrastructure with regards to technology and bandwidth:

Dutch Antilles - C
