Default BetRevolution - Anyone else using them

Ok, been using these guys for a few weeks. Just curious as to if anyone else is using this book.

Overall, my experience has been a mixed bag, some good, some not as good..nothing that I dont expect from a new shop these days though.

What I like about them:

- On signup, you are assigned an account manager, ala BetPhoenix..personalized touch is nice.
- Excellent sign up bonus, they have the ability to work with you on this based on deposit amount.
- Solid WC lines, none of this over inflated soccer lines, they offer -110 on sides/totals where over books are closer to -120
- Some value in their lines, they are not afraid to hang an opinionated line from time to time.
- Quick reply to every email and always an answer when I call
- GP..the easiest US deposit method.

What I dont:

- Odd RO terms, this one caught me early admittedly. They said they follow industry standard RO terms, but they have changed. No Dogs over +130 or faves over -200 (this is standard on the faves) and MLB COUNTS ONLY 50%. This last one is based on more volume of games..I dont agree, risk is risk. So if your a MLB player, expect to double that RO #.
- Still use -110 lines in MLB..would be nice to see a dimeline, at least to -150 or so.
- LOW LOW limits..started at 250 on soccer, 100 on MLB..they quickly up'd those for me to a usable level.

Their you have it, for me the positive still outweighs the negative. SBR should put a rating out on these guys. They clearly aren't an a book, but not a F either. They should be started with at least the standard d+/c- rating, pending a little more history.

CS wise they grade a b+ to me..

Wow, not one other forumite using these guys. Knew they were small, but...

Oh well, hopefully they can pay.

Hi dj,

We are currently evaluating BetRevolution. Your feedback is much appreciated. They are a small shop but seem to protect themselves with their bonus offerings, which 'can' be a good sign. I wouldn't suggest keeping any amount you're uncomfortable with at BR.

Lou

100% agreed about being proactive in keeping balances low at BR (or any startup or book with problem signs).

Keeping a low profile isn't a bad thing, but keeps them hidden from forum traffic. They seem to know their way through the business, and are highly receptive to feedback (try that at some shops whose name is reconizable to many forumites).

Peter there has been very open and frank with me when answering questions. As mentioned, I disagree with their bonus policies. But they are fair, they do openly disclose those now and it's one sport. They need to protect themselves too.

Hi Dj,

I joined them recently following one of those promotions you mentioned and just like you said their customer service is good. I bet for fun, and I must admit that I like their site, everything is pretty much automated plus I can change everything around the way i like it, betting is easy.

I ran into problems understanding one of their processors (thanks forum for editing it, I forgot about the new rules :P) stuff, but after calling and asking I was sort out easily.

Lol, based on all your comments I will keep my amounts not to high until I win enough to test their withdrawals. In any case I use them along with 5Dimes, always good to have your plan b.

Do they offer any props or halftimes?

I am not signed up yet, but I didn't see one baseball prop an hour before game time Thursday, and this is the World Series.
