If you phone through your Free bet you will probably find it will be accepted.

These Clowns did the same to me. They did a promotion, bet so much (£10 I think it was) on one champions league soccer match and get a free £10 wager on another champions league match, my maximum bet was £0.00 so i couldnt place the free bet.
