I have made a registration on 28.05.2010 in Bet365.com
There is a bonus there - 100 % up to 50 EUR. I have made a rollover requirement for the bonus, and I have made a withdraw for 719 EUR, I have receieved only 469 EUR. They required from ID verification, I have given them everything they want. I have received an email that I have met the rollover requirements for the bonus and they told me that I can withdraw my money, my deposit bonus is free to withdraw.

So I have made a withdraw for 719 EUR on 08.06.2010.
I received only 469 EUR, they stole me 250 EUR. I have contacted them and they told first that they withdraw my money by 2 parts. So when I recieved the first part of my money (469 EUR) I had to receive the second part for 250 EUR, they told me that there is no poblem and I will get my money. After 2 days I have contacted them again and they told me that they will not give me the second part - 250 EUR because of some rules, terms and conditions. this is a fraud.

Please help me.

Bonus was only 50€ as far as I can see.
