Anyone know what is going on with these guys. Are they paying out in a reasonably timely manner. Their live chat has not worked for almost a week. They have some nice baseball lines and the ties win teasers which is nice, but if they cant pay on time than they are no good.

No. I've been trying to get paid for the past 6 weeks, first by wire and then by check. I was asked to switch to a check 3 weeks ago and they promised payment in 7-10 business days. Still nothing. I think I need to file a complaint.

Jazz Sports player points out misleading listed payout times
A Jazz Sportsbook (SBR rating C) payment complaint has been reported. On May 27th a player requested $4142 via Moneybookers, before learning from Jazz that he would have to limit his payout requests to $500 increments. This is despite the message on the JazzSports website listing "Same day payouts, receive within hours of your request (up to $5000)". To date the player has received 5 payments from Jazz, and is now being asked to wait an additional two weeks per payout request. Jazz Sports was downgraded to C on June 1st for its inability to efficiently service eWallet methods, along with LooseLines (SBR rating C) and ABC Islands (SBR rating C).

C may be too high a rating. I filed a complaint with SBR today concerning ABC's poor response to my pending $4000 payout.

Both books are looking pretty bad and have been covered by SBR this month. These are two sportsbooks that should have access to money, but if so, will they cough it up or try to make it until August with what's in their pockets. I would test the payout line if I had money at either. Most WSEX players who read SBR and forums are already there.
