i opened an account with betruss. I deposited 300, and attempted to make a withdrawal. they told me i had to wait 21 days to request a withdrawal. stated that any deposits with credit cards are 21 days for withdrawal which they stated is industry standard, any help here. IS this bullshit, so i keep the money in, gamble and loss it or is betruss scammers? the reps use to work at nine and i loved the book back then. please any help is appreciated.

BetRuss does state that in their rules sir.

6. An account with Credit Card deposits must have a completed Credit Card Authorization Form on file before a withdrawal can be processed. Credit Card deposits are subject to 21 days hold prior to ANY withdrawal of funds, including winnings.

This type of rule is pretty standard these days on those types on transactions, because they need to verify authenticity on their clients.

it just seemed a bit long. I will suggest the site to gambling friends. The VIP reps and customer service are good, along with a good bonus. the 21 days was bit weird though, and i couldn't find it anywhere, and usually deposit by moneygram. use them, but use moneygram or westernnuion if you want a withdrawal within 21 days.

This is a stupid policy. Credit card processors clear payments in a couple of days.

That being said, most books do it cause they think it decreases chargebacks.

People looking to scam probably skip books with a withdrawal delay...

I just wish, I could get my withdrawal before 3 weeks though - i don't like the rule, especially I know some of vip hosts, I dealt with them before at nine.com and they know i lose a tone of money usually and am always good on my deposits. but i talked with them and its only for the first deposit. I will update you on how quick the withdrawal takes at the three week time table. they have visa cards they send you with the funds on them, like a debit card- which seems cool - betcris/bookmaker use to do this - i liked it or they have western union or moneygram. I think this book will hit at at least a b+ rating before march madness- any other reviews about betruss out there?

I was paid today through moneygram from betruss. I cashed out 2500 from a 300 depsoit. the payout was fast and smooth. The reps are great with betruss. I plan on playing with them more than my other books, especially for March Madness...

it has been a long time since a little win, i will usually lose 40-50k before i a little win, it is nice!!espcially when i bet with my heart. giants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disappointed in their rebates. They are suppose to process then the first monday of the month but never put it in my account. I called 4 days ago and the rep said I should have gotten a horse rebated and sent it over to the horse department but still no rebate. We are talking about a very small amount also. The next time I ask a book if they carry meadowlands I will be sure to state the harness track as I found out the hard way after my deposit that they carry no harness tracks.

I tried talking to them again about the rebate and they finally put it in my account. I like this book but if they wanna get serious they will have to do better than a 3% rebate on net losses only when other books give 3-7%+ on losses and winnings
