Bet Phoenix ????
Anybody playing there? They posted here (John Lee) for a few days (abt 3 months back) and then vanished. Said they were moving to new offices in Costa, getting new software, AND then adding new ewallets.
It all sounded great and then they went silent, nada, zilch. Any of you Costa boys have an update on these guys?
Bill?

I was planning on there sometime this year, but just haven't got around to it yet katstale. From what I do recall SBR poster has played there about a month ago, and you can read his review on BetPhoenix here.

Yea BBD. We were waiting to hear something back then. I was just hoping SBR might be able to dig up something or contact JohnBP to come back in and update us.

I remember that thread Pico. From the looks of it they still haven't inquired about the funding options as of yet. I also noticed that their live chat service is never open anymore either, which does kinda suck IMO.

Do you have a link explaining that killer bonus you guys have. I couldn't find details at the website.
35% cash bonus? What's the limit on that? Roll over requirement is?

Thanks for stopping by and answering our posters questions JP
My question is what are the fees on the book-to-book transfers?

All of this information should be clearly stated on your website. Why would anyone, especially these days, trust a book so obviously unprofessional?

When do you expect your FAQ's pages to be update? The reason I'm asking this is because I've been considering playing at your establishment for a while now, but with the funding options as well as a few other things I just haven't done it yet.

Not sure if their limits have changed or not in the last 4 months, however here is what they said in this previous post made back in October, 2007.
Quote:
|
Football, basketball (non-preseason games): FG: 10K, Half: 5K, MLB: 10K and as well depend on what kind of sport. we take as much as requested over the phone...
|
Now as far as their funding methods go. We do know that they take:
Quote:
+ Ewallet:
- Neteller
- Money Booker
+ B2B:
- BetCris (so far)
- 2BetDsi
|
It's roughly $50 for B2B transfers on average. Although, keep in mind that Cris will charge you for incoming B2B transfers. So that could become a bit steep IMO.

I was glad to see JP back in here. I mean, if CS was just a little more accomodating, if the web site was just a little more forthcoming........ what is not to like.
Reduced juice, great bonus, have good ewallet options, fairly high internet limits and beginning to open up b2b transfers. They are in SBR's backyard with new offices.
Just a little cosmetic work and some better CS and these guys would be inundated with business.
I want to play here---but need a few of those questions answered. Come on BP--make BBD and I customers.
Force me to take that -105 juice.

I called them and ask about that 35% cash bonus. But they say that was free play only.
Dep 3k get 35% free play
1k up get 25% free play
Under 1k 15% free play.
Not cash bonus freeplay only worth less than half the cash value.
WT.

I haven't received a reply back from them either sir. Although, I do know a lot of decent books out there don't answer their emails. If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow I'll call to inquire about your question.

BBD, that is disturbing what was posted here abt the bonus being a Free play since the website clearly calls it a 35% cash bonus. IF, you do actually get someone on the phone you might also clear up that discrepancy.

Good evening guys, it's been hard for JP to keep track of the thread since he's on a business trip right now. I'll be more than glad to answer any questions.
I can tell you that in regards to bonuses, we offer
from $300-499 15% bonus freeplay
from $500-999 20% bonus freeplay
from $1000-1999 25% b. fp.
from $2000 or more, 30% b. fp.
Now, our bonuses are subject to change, sometimes we have special bonuses for a season, or a specific event, all our bonuses have a 4x rollover.
Our bonuses and reduced juice are promotions only for recreational players as stated in our website.
We don't usually offer bonuses when we it's a B2B transfer, but we can always negotiate, our customer satisfaction is one of our priorities.
We are working on a restructure of our personnel as well as our software and website, all this to make sure we offer the best service to our customers.
After the SB a new software and a new website with all our rules, disclaimers, processors and bonus information will be up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Thanks
Jack
