Hey everyone,

I think I've just been scammed by Bestake.com.

I've been waiting for a withdrawel request for 2000 Euro to clear and logged in to check if anything had happened.

There was a link in blue in the centre of the page "Express Withdraw - Show me the money" which was not remotely similar to the regular "Place Bet" button.

I clicked it wondering what it was about and suddenly my balance is zero (was 3083.88 Euro) and I have 6 matched bets for upcoming world cup games randomly selected... There is no way most of them are winners..

"WHAT THE?????" I'm thinking. So I look at the rules and find this...

"New Feature - Show Me The Money

When you are choosing this option the system will automatically choose 6 events to win, all your found in the account will be split between those events.
you must win all the games ( all the games are considered as one event), if you lose one game your will lose the whole event.
The winner will get a withdraw after 4 hours guaranteed of the last event + 15% bonus of the winning amount.

Customers should familiarize themselves with these rules from the Information box in each particular event."


That was never in my betting slip.... DAMM SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE, I will be trying to contact the basterds.

hello, I have been the same problem this morning, I am too waiting for a withdrawal of € 7,000, I clicked on the buton and my money gone. All money wagered in 6 games this random, what happens with this site ....

I didn't know about the SBR approved list until this morning, and bestake.com aren't on it. My own fault. I guess the money will be gone. Just want to get the word out...

I've had a look on their site - never heard of them - but can't find the particular button you're talking about. Do you have to be a registered member to see it? I'd recommend you take a screenshot of how it appears on the screen. If it really says "express withdrawal - show me the money" as part of 1 button, that sounds very misleading.

The button doesn't appear anymore. After pushing the button, the bets are placed. I guess that only someone who hasn't pressed it yet could have that screenshot. But it really said "express withdrawal - show me the money".

I agree, it seems that there are at least 4-5 of us. I doubt that the name of the owner on the site is real, but it shoul be easy to find out who is the real owner. My only doubt is that if the company is in Costarica it will be very hard the make legal action...I don't know, I've lost much more of you guys, I'm quite ashamed of saying it.
But there must be something we can do.

There are no regulatory authorities in Coast Rica. SBR is the closest it gets, and it only works with books that care about their reputation.

I think you should ALL fill out the SBR complaint form as soon as you can. If the matches are yet to be played, and SBR acts quickly, maybe they can get the bets voided before the matches start. The link to the complaint form is in my signature.

Make sure you also all e-mail bestake complaining about the deception and asking for the bets to be voided. You should have this on record before the matches in question start, so that no one can say that you're only complaining because the bets lost.
