Canbet sent me an e-mail promoting the World Cup. That's fine HOWEVER I live in California. Has Canbet changed their policy regard players from the United States?
Or did someone in marketing screw up?

I got the same email. I live in FL. I was able to log in, but I didn't see any deposit options for USA.
