Just wanna share with the forum my experiance with Wagerchief specifically Shawn my account manager and the great job he did handling my issue.

So about 2 weeks ago I deposited $200 using *************** and brought my balance up at Wagerchief to $7xxx. Couple days ago I find out that my original deposit got rejected by my bank and that *************** was going to charge back the $200 from Wagerchief. Knowing this I started to make lot's of phone calls and Shawn was alot of help. He could have taken back the $7xxx and say sorry but the original deposit did not clear. He gave me time to clear things up with *************** which I did and got my payout from Wagerchief for about half my balance today. The reason it got rejected was I bank with a small bank and starting June 1st they told me no more gambling transactions and that they are putting a stop payment on it.

Shawn is the best in the business IMO, just wish WagerChief wasn't tied to BetPhoenix, just have this bad feeling something bad is going to happen in the coming months but hope I'm wrong.

WAGERCHIEF has the best customer service --the best when a problem arises--they always make decisions in favor of the player. most books always make small problems much bigger by always making decisions that of course favor themselves. thumps up to shawn and jon.

That is crazy. Speaking of crazy....in December I put 50 bucks in my account and drove it to more than 10k in 22 days.
I then lost 3500 and cashed out 6500ish. Still an amazing run and I wasn't betting more than 300 per game/match. Thats how hot i was. If i had been really betting heavy I could have run it up to 30k before the drop-off.

Yea, that's a tough one for books. We often advise players to wait for their bank transfer to clear before playing. TheGreek has done the same for players as WC did here but players shouldn't expect it, even if it's the bank's fault.
