I received one but it seems like most people have not even been sent the first one. All my efforts to get check #2 have been futile. Anybody else have better luck on check number 2?

Good question. Seems like the number of checks sent out was under 10 and no one has received a second check. As I stated in a previous post--this strategy was put forth to Lenny by his legal advisor. It is meant to slow down or stall the legal action against him. Without announcing a payback plan (which he was not willing to do), he makes it seem as if he is following one.

Injunctions, freezing of assets, cease and desist orders, government threat of deportation, etc. are the only things which will bring abt an orderly distribution of funds.

If first checks continue and second checks start coming out...... maybe then we are witnessing a true payback plan.

I sincerely hope that Katstale is wrong. I was one of the few who received a check and I feel for those that didn't. Like many of you, I have spoke to Lenny several times on the phone.

When you talk to him you feel that he is trying to do what is right and I really hope he gets himself and us out of this mess. Sad truth of all of this is the following: if he was paying people even a little every week, many of us on the list would have played Cascade during football season.

But for now, we all are waiting, and I will be glad to post here as soon as I receive a second payment.

Don't believe anything that Lenny tells you. He's a pathological lier. Remember he was telling everybody they'd have their money by football season. Now he pays out $10,000 out of the over $2,000,000 that he stole and he acts like he's trying to do the right thing.
