Default First Fidelity Youwager.com (Horrible)

They have chosen to treat a customer, who's been with them for many years, like crap today and have lost future business because of it. Can anyone recommend a sportsbook with decent customer service?

Matchbook, WSEX, Canbet, Greek.

Matchbook/WSEX are the new standard bearers to me. For Canbet you need an address outside of the US.

I tried them last year around football after receiving one of the scratch off bonus things. I called them and a sales guy signed me up and gave me a name to send $200 to. I asked him about the rollover and he told me x amount of times. I met my rollover in a couple of days and wanted to withdraw. Customer service said that I had to wait 30 days to withdraw. I told them the guy never said that. They basically said too bad so sad and they don't have any control over what sales said. I proceeded to blow my winnings in the casino. It just rubbed me the wrong way by what customer service said. Looking back, I should have asked further questions or went on the website so the majority falls on me. Seemed like an OK book. Just like the guy said before me. What happened?

Most sportsbook's customer service departments could stand a little bit of improvement in some type of fashion. However, WSEX, TheGreek, BetJamaica and Matchbook are all outstanding if you need their assistance.

wow, after reading earlier on here about them being one of the few that will still take a cc deposit, I signed up but never got the email back from them to activate...maybe that's a good thing?!
