    Default Win4real (Jazette) Update Please....

    6/14/2007 04:41 PM
win4real (SBR rating D+) confiscates player's winnings citing multiple accounts within the Sportsbook.com family. The player, who also holds an account at SuperBook (SBR rating D+), claims $791 was taken from his balance. win4real and the Sportsbook.com Group (Jazette Enterprises Limited) does not prohibit players from using multiple accounts in its large family of sportsbooks. SBR will contact win4real on the player's behalf.

What was the verdict here fellas? thanks.

Yeah I wonder what happen here... They don't get touchy about multiple accounts unless something is not right... As everyone knows I have multiple accounts and I even use them to over ride the limit (only twice) and they won and paid with no complaints so I wonder what happened..

Win4Real is with Sportsbetting.com so it should be resolved. I will look into it.

Hi gambleballs. Win4Real is under Sportsbetting.com ownership and we would expect this to be revisited. This has been a common complaint with the Sportsbook.com group and in the past year there was little that can be done. Hopefully we can thank NewGuy after Sportsbetting ownership rectifies this as they said they would with old issues. It's clear that they were the site owners for both books when they were fully operated under Jazette. I forwarded you the email I sent to mgt.

Thanks for taking the time to look at this again. I had written the cash off as a uncollectable but maybe this will be a nice end-of-year bonus!

If it happened as you described, which does fit the Sportsbook.com mold, Sportsbetting.com will be asked to return your winnings. (Sportsbook.com CS did not address it.) This is supposed to be one of the reasons why they left the Jazette client support services so I am optimistic.

Received a note back that Sportsbetting mgt. is looking into it.

    Gambleballs,

The money should be credited to your [iSBRFORUM]Sportsbetting.com[/iSBRFORUM] account.

Excellent... Always encouraging to see a book take responsibility, in this case for their partner's mistake.
