They do advertise it as part of their Loyalty Club, but you're right - you need to call (or email, I believe) to redeem the freebie.

Yes they sure do...that free play has come as a wonderful surprise every couple months over the last 2 yrs that I have been with them. I know I've said this a bunch of times since joining sbr, but BETJM is simply the best sportsbook. Unless they somehow screw me over, which I just can't see happening, I will never change books or play anywhere else.

I always email them and will have in my account in a few hours. If you don't credit for awhile, they will redeem the amount. You may be surprised with the amount if you have not done in awhile.
