They asked for documents, which I sent since Friday 28th May.
Now they don't pay!

Limits are based on matched ammount before for every game-not for the players!

thats not true up to me. i have friends who played there some time ago and they were limited at that time and stop betting there. dunno if it changed since. however i would say every European book limits players, even asian do now.

one time i asked for a withdrawal via live chat with these guys and 10 seconds later the money was in my moneybookers account

i'm not sure about A+... the odds are simply too juicy.
but i agree with you, it seems ok. sports sponsor, reliable. don't use them much, but i never felt limited, and i did 200eur bets.

The most inportant reason is that bet-at-home only took the Fifa decision. All the companies i know paid the players with the actual result. They paid for each of the 4topgoalscorers odd/4. You know the reason master?

regarding the top goalscorer issue, in an earlier post on a different thread i mentioned that books will usually go on the results or stats provided by the particular sports regulatory body (eg FIFA, FA, ATP etc) and might use the press association as back up. while the term top world cup goalscorer obviously means exactly what it says, the implication is, and always is behind every sporting event - who will the regulatory body decide who is the winner. so unless you want to bet on a market that is several sentences long to avoid confusion eg who will be fifas top 2010 world cup goalscorer to be decided at the end of the tournament after a conference and a few cups of tea and checking of all the stats over all the games taking assists into account! you will have to suck it up and take the loss. sorry bud
