i wonder why their phone line is always busy or not working. how can you trust a place where u cant even get a hold of them in the first place with your money?

does this happen often? their customer service people seems to be busy all the time cause if you email them abt something, they will answer abt something else in 2 lines.

is this a good sportsbook? i live in usa.. dont have much choice when comes to choosing sportsbook.

the only reason betjamaica interest me because it seems you can take the money out easily compared to other places since they have bet jamaica transfer card.

It was 12:30 a.m. 1/08/08 and i had some casino action problem...Blackjack single deck i was hot until error message pops out screen went black, try callin 18003292909 for 3 hours and busy tone, what a bitch huh. I also couldn't log back in to my account. I recommend the books (only), **** the casino they cheat. anyone else have problems?

I recommend them to everyone mmarino, they are the fastest about paying everyone. I took a withdrawal out in September and they had it at where I picked it up by 5 pm. They are fantastic and they would never cheat anyone either. I have never had a problem with them at all.

I am a recreational player and only have one sportsbook at the moment and it is Betjamaica. For a small guy, they are all I need. I have never had any problems sending or receiving funds.

betjam a very good sportsbook to play at, and currently has no outstanding complaints levied against them accept for the unfortunate casino incident above at this time.

BetJamaica is more of a recreation book and does offer nice reload bonuses, however since they are a recreational book they could cut your limits. They don't offer a live chat service, but they do answer their emails within 5-10 minutes. The banking options aren't the greatest out there, but nobody's are these days for U.S. customers, however they also offer one free payout via Fedex per calender month (min. $200), and $35 flat fee after (usually receive checks within 3-4 days). The lines they offer are very competitive with most other books IMO.
