    Default Can Looselines currently payout?

I can't seem to get an honest answer from them. I used Neteller to deposit/withdraw from them in the past. The last payment I was able to receive from them was by Neteller, April 7th. Since then, everytime I attempted to receive payment from them, they did not have sufficient funds in their Neteller account. Then, suddenly Neteller suspends all the Jazz Neteller accounts, so receiving a payout that way is no longer an option. I am not sure exactly when Neteller suspended their accounts, but I found this out on May 3rd. This is from their banking page:

"Neteller has chosen to once again fold to the pressure of the United States and without warning, nor merit, suspended our Neteller account. This was done with total disregard for our 10 year relationship, our loyal players/Neteller members.
    Thanks, Neteller
We apologize for this inconvenience as we are quickly working to have this matter resolved!
    Jazz Sports"

So I went on chat to see if I could request a Moneybookers withdrawal. I am posting the chat from May 3rd. Very strange explanation as to why they do not have sufficient funds in their Moneybookers account. Read it and let me know what you think:

You are now speaking with Mark of Customer Support.
    xxxx: Hello
    Mark: How can I help?
xxxx: I would like to request a Moneybookers withdrawal please.
Mark: I can take your request...but it must be approved by our supervisor.....as we are waiting for the US to release ourbank wire to MBkrs....and are rationing the balance to the many customers who use MBkrs exclusivly......
xxxx: I deposited by Neteller, but you no longer offer that method...
Mark: We are recomending a wire directly to your bank instead...as it may be more expediant
Mark: Neteller is caving under to pressure from the US ....once again...and we are having problems with them...with all of our customers...
Mark: We are working on several other methods of deps and withfraws..but they are taking time to set up....
xxxx: How long would I have to wait for a Moneybookers withdrawal?
Mark: I dont know....it really depends on howmuch your asking for...and how quickly our attys in the US can push the wire through the red tape...that has stalled it for so long
xxxx: Well, I was planning to request $5,000
Mark: I can process the request...and present it to the MBkrs manager..and have a response by the end of the day...
xxxx: How long would a wire take, and what are the fees?
Mark: That depends on a number of different factors...we have a department that is dedictaed to processing wires...the first step however is a EMail request ....giving us your banks name, address and phone # and a contact name if you have one..your account number including all of the '0'..s..if there are any...and your ABA/SWIFT codes...the amount you are requesting and of course your accnt #.....sent to harvey@jazzsports.com...
xxxx: Also, I have a question.
xxxx: Have the funds meant for your Moneybookers account been seized by the US government?
xxxx: I was not aware that Moneybookers even allowed transfers from the United States.
Mark: No..they are "in process'...and are safely in a intermediary bank...but the US who has to intervene in everything they can ....stepped in and are supplying forms to be filled out and submitted...b4 the funds are released
Mark: We have been funding our MBkrs acnt and Neteller accnts for over ten years from wires from the US without any problems....
xxxx: Because I have also read about some trouble with the US government regarding JazzSports recently on some internet forums.
Mark: After the US declared war on Neteller ...everyone switched to MBkrs...which....is still available in Canada and of course the rest of the entire world...
xxxx: How quickly would I be able to withdraw using **?
Mark: Yes not just us.....but all of the sports books in CR...as we had a network of people dedicated to expediting funds to customers...
Mark: that network is being resestablished....and will be back online very quickly....
xxxx: So the only way at this moment to request a withdrawal would be a wire?
Mark: Yes at this moment....but things change daily...we could receive an EMail any day that the wire funds have been releaase....we are just waiting for the word
xxxx: So if I make a request for a Moneybookers withdrawal, it needs to be approved by the manager to be processed?
Mark: We are a casino corporation and own 3 land based casinos....we have regular ...tournaments...here in CR and most of the players wire money down in advance of the tournaments...we expect this situation to be resolved ....as this is entirely leagal and outside the US's jurisdiction.....
xxxx: And there are currently funds in your Moneybookers account, but are being reserved for players who exclusively use Moneybookers?
Mark: I dont know the balances..involved..we have two MBkrs accounts...I was told to take the requests. and present them to our department..for procesing
Mark: But no funds are reservedfor other players..all players are important to us...and equall
xxxx: You did say at the beginning of the chat that you
"are rationing the balance to the many customers who use MBkrs exclusivly......"
Mark: All of our customers outside of 2 countries use Mbkrs exclusivly...
Mark: Yes so that everyone can get a percentage of there request until the balance is back over 6 figures...
xxxx: Well, can I go ahead and make my request for $5,000?
    Mark: yes sir...
Mark: what is your account number and passwordl pls
    xxxx: Account: xxxxxx
    xxxx: Password: xxxxxxxx
Mark: ok I will process and submit the request today...
    xxxx: Okay, thank you.
Mark: Thank you sir...and we appologize for the inconveniance...
    xxxx: Have a nice day.

So I went ahead and requested a payout for $5,000 by Moneybookers, but have not received it.
In another chat, I also asked if the transfers to CRIS were still done. I was told that they could receive funds from CRIS, but no transfer out to CRIS were being done. I also asked about 2 weeks later, if I could receive payment by **. I was told that the maximum was $500 and I would need different names and ID's to receive my full balance by that method.
Lou from SBR contacted the owner directly last week, on May 24th. He said that the owner assured me that a wire would be sent out the following morning. So I went ahead and sent my banking details with my ammended payout amount for my full account balance. The next day I received an e-mail from Harvey, stating that they were expecting a Moneybookers deposit that day and, if it was not received, a wire would be sent out the following day. Since then, I have sent Harvey an e-mail every single day to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request. I have not received a single response to my daily e-mails. My Looselines balance has not been deducted, which would lead me to believe that no wire withdrawal has been processed.

Something just seems very odd about this whole situation. Why would Neteller suspend the account of a sportsbook based in Costa Rica. Why is there a wire from the US being sent to Moneybookers that is being held up by the US government? I've read several rumors about the Jazz group being in a lot of legal trouble and also heavily in debt. I'm just hoping that they can still actually payout. Has anyone who plays there received a payout recently?

I asked if I could withdraw by ** and was told that the maximum was $500, and that they would need many different ID's to send to because they could not send it all in my name alone. My balance there is just about 8k.

Ugh, this is going to get ugly. I'm telling you, a lot of these books are going to run off with our money, and claim 'don't blame us, blame the US govt.' It is very important to stick with A rated books right now.

LooseLines had two payment issues with Moneybookers recently, in each case the player was asked to accept a wire instead for faster payment, but they are responsive to SBR inquiries so if anyone has an unreported problem & wants to report it - write to help@sportsbookreview.com and we'll follow up.

Lou, I sent you an e-mail earlier today. Harvey does not seem to want to respond to my e-mails. I have not heard from him since last Tuesday, despite sending him daily e-mails. I have simply been asking him to give me the status of my withdrawal request and if a wire has been sent yet.

Unfortunately, that was 2 years ago. The situation seems to be very different now.

I just noticed the downgrade to C for the whole JazzSports family from B and B-. Also, the LooseLines banner has been removed from the top of the page, where it still was earlier today.

Has new information been learned by SBR regarding these books?

What a troll. I'm shocked they allow people like you to post here. You know nothing. Post nothing of value and continually act like a clown.

They are offering methods they don't have available, not answering customer requests for info promptly, and having problems paying the non-US guys through the e-wallets. They don't meet the standard currently to be a sponsor here. Hopefully they'll get it together and can be considered again.

What I am wondering and concerned about is if they have ANY methods available to payout a large 4 figure balance.
-Moneybookers was never processed for me in the times they said it likely would. They have been waiting for well over a month for a wire to reach their Moneybookers account.
-** is apparently not an option, because they say can't send my entire balance to me that way.
-A wire was supposed to have been sent out to me early last week, but I have no idea if it ever was because Harvey hasn't answered my last 8 e-mails and my LooseLines account balance is still undeducted.

I would be willing to accept payment in ANY way they can process it, but it just seems that they are not willing to process a withdrawal for me.

There was a thread about a year ago regarding the whole Jazz family of books and I remember posting up to everyone to steer clear of any book run by the corrupt Alex Powers (who is/was one of the GM's of Jazz).

This all comes as no suprise to me

Christ. The level of scammishness with advertising is somewhat absurd.

This is great. Now I can only play at about 4 books. The greek, pinnacle, betcris, and 5dimes. It seems like the amount of books that I can trust keeps on shrinking. I guess only A+ books will do

We'll find out about your wire. That's the main method for large amounts.

These guys literally never answered their email when I had an account there. I asked some friends who also used ABC/Jazz/Looselines and they mentioned the same thing re: email and that it was better to call or use the live chat feature, but there were times when it was busy you'd wait on hold forever on the phone or live chat feature whereas email would have been more convenient.

Can anyone log into their account at Looselines? The page does not load when I attempt to log in. I tried to log into www.looselines.co.cr also. The page simply reloads when I log in and the new URL, is:

I did receive a very small payment by Moneybookers today. $500, about 6% of my balance amount. I also received an e-mail from Harvey:

    Hello Sir,
Our Moneybookers problem should be fixed, temporarily, they have had a deposit we made to them for over a week now, but won’t deposit the money into our account. They said our money would be in our account yesterday, but it wasn’t, so I’m hoping it is today and we can get you a partial payment if not the entire amount.
I’m very sorry for this long delay and lack of replies by me but I have no answers from Moneybookers why they have held our payments to them.
I don’t want to reply without a reason for our problems.
I’m going to check to see if we can get you $500 right now, if so then you will receive a 2nd payment hopefully tomorrow.

Again, im very sorry for the lack of communication and money in our Moneybookers account.

Please hang on just a little while longer and your balance will be paid in full.

    Harvey

Well, hopefully this is the truth and all those who are owed will be payed soon. We can only wait and see.

I was able to get a payout processed today. I requested a $4000 check and was told to expect it in 7-10 business days. Money is out of my account already, so we'll see if they can get this done in the next two weeks.

I have been sending Harvey an e-mail every day for more than a week, and finally received a response today. I posted the e-mail above.
