    Default Betuk withdrawal problem,please help!

    So,long time i read SBR,ok it's my first message,sorry for bad english.i have registered Betuk acct,they have a B rating there,ok it's no bad(but they use sportingbet soft and cashier,it's no good of couse),first they have no instant moneybookers deposits and cashins it's a strange,ok i have thought,i will use *** then,checked info about deposit and withdrawals,*** with no problem on their site.deposited,played with no prob,ok it's time to withdraw money and ... yes problems come,*** withdrawal not worked,error message,i have sent email regarding this problem and have reply that all withdrawals works fine,lol,ok,i have sent them a screenshot,where is clearly visible that it's not worked and i think not only for me because i yet have not filled any of my details(screenshot) and after that, they do not answer to my emails anymore,i have sent email that if it not worked please send me money to moneybookers,Have no reply,now i can't withdraw my funds and have no any answers from Betuk support,so i need your help guys.thnx

    They are part of the Sportingbet Plc family of books, so I can't say I'm surprised by you having to jump through hoops with this.

    Have you called them up yet and inquired about this problem? If not then here is their phone number: +44 (0) 800 404 9449

    You can always fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf

    yes you a right,i don't know and will try call tomorrow,but i hate when it's happens,they answer that's you a fool,but when you prove that it not so, and they are not right,they simply stop answering to your messages,but they received all my emails because i have received a ticket code confirmations,who prevents BetUK to solve a problem by tickets and via email(they have a site inquiries also,and they don't answer too)?yes it's a just a 172 GBP but it's important for me. They just a simply don't wish to solve a problem,and very strange that especially such small as at me.
