Do you know any bookies allow withdraw to moneybooker which I did not deposit by moneybookers before?
I need some cash in MB, but p2p transfer is very dangous to close account.

Assuming you are non-U.S :

5 dimes might - subject to management approval - and provided all previous deposits by other methods have been withdrawn by those methods (i.e. you have to be a net winner by at least the amount of the requested withdrawal).

Make a small deposit via moneybookers, use a CC to fund moneybookers, roll that money over once and then withdraw the larger amount. Most books will allow that.

Since my cc can not load mb. So I don't have some little money in mb. If I have 20 USD in MB, it will be very easy to get large amount through bookie. But the first 20 USD is hard to get (no p2p transfer.)
Any idea?

From my experience, Gamebookers provides withdrawals only through Moneybookers. I used to fund my Gamebookers account with Click2Pay and the withdrawals went to Moneybookers. You may also deposit to Moneybookers by bank transfer. Go to any bank with cash and with the instructions given by Moneybookers and you'll be alright. That will probably also raise your Moneybookers limits.
