I have put in for two $2000 withdrawals and keep getting the run-a-round about the check being in the mail. Now they refuse to answer my emails AND their site is down hard.

Have I been taken?

OK, their site is back up however any feedback on these guys would be appreciated.

Also, in the event I do not see my money, can I sue them or do somethign to recoup the $2000 or so of money I have invested in deposits?

DimelineSportsbook is no longer in the futurebet family. Now even though they still use the futurebet software, they are financially independent. Dimeline said in this thread they would have all their outstanding payouts caught up by December 1st, but if you are still owed money thats obviously not the case.

If you need some assistance with your withdraw requests you haven't recieved yet. Then you can fill out this complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

Everytime a Futurebet site goes off-line you have good reason to wonder if we will ever see it again. DLS is one of the few sites that says it going to get through this instead of blaming its partner but only they really know if they can make good. One player reported small payment within the last week.

I think the next Futurebet book that might be in the process of a scam is BetOnUSA Bill. As you can see in this thread they are currently offering a free $500 Match Bonus.

jj, when I posted with them, I was unaware of this site and the rating services. I got an email from DLS advertising a 100% bonus so I posted $750 and was fortunate to trun it to $4000.

As an update to my situation, they (DLS) said they would send me an overnight check. I will give it a couple days and see what happens.

Thanks, 2Pac, I'll keep you and everyone here advised of what happens. They have been very responsive to my emails and the people who respond to those emails seem like genuinely nice and honest people but there is always skepticism when you have never received a payout from a book and have had a little trouble getting paid from them.

I never suggest that at all at a D rated book. Although I'm sure somebody out there would disagree.

I am kind of wondering about this offer myself.100% bonus sounds might juicy,but not so great if they go out of business.sounds like they are back on track but who knows,does anyone know if this bonus is in cash or free play.

Those aware of what their business partner did to them are very happy to still have a good chance of being paid. But, this is still a book on the Futurebet server that made its player roll their balance over for no legitimate reason.

Is the 100% cash? In the past they applied the bonus to each bet, essentially giving the player temporary reduced juice wagering.

I honestly cannot recommend posting up with them until I see my full $4000. They were suppoosed to provide me with an overnight shipping confirmation either Weds or today and never did.

I couldn't help but to noticed that you mentioned PayPal in your post above. I remember them advertising that they accepted it (July, 2007), but then dropped that option shortly after . Or so I thought they did.

Now I am getting the run-a-round about my latest $1000 withdrawal. They told me on 12/23 that it would be processed 12/26 due to the Holidays, understandable. However as of 12/29, 4 straight emails remain unanswered and my withdrawal is not processed, as evidenced by my account balance.

I'll keep the site posted, maybe I'll call tomorrow and figure out why they are not returning my emails.

Thanks 20Four7. There is always hope that one of these turnkey owners with good intentions is able to move to a stable provider. Although Dimeline players are not being stiffed it's still a scarey situation. I would cash out and wish them the best.

A handful of players wrote in to say they haven't been receiving email replies either. It may be that this one or two man operation was away for Christmas.

Guys, they have yet to reply to any emails since before the holidays so I basically threw the money in the accoutn away since I would never see it. I closed my account and have no firther business with this joke of a book. I will now book with a reputable outlet like Bookmaker from here on out.
