I had a account last year with playug, I have a delinquent balance with them because of losing a job... I am not making a excuse, its just a fact... Since, I have actually forgotten all my info, including their numbers and email addresses.. I am now getting into a better situation and would like to work a repayment arrangement.. However, I am getting threatening phone calls from some asshole who wont give me the numbers to call and he doesnt answer when i call him back... Last night he called and I was playing softball and didnt answer and he went to voice mail telling me "dont say i didnt warn you punk"... What the ****??? How about giving me a number or answering you ****ing phone asshole?? I cant believe there is a sportsbook out there that is trying to strong arm someone who had a financial disaster the last year... This ****ing asshole called my last job also and told them about me owing the $$... This shitty ass sportsbook is about a phone call away from me reporting their ass.. I just want a want to contact them and I cant get a contact number so now I am dealing with Mr I will break your legs... What the ****?

That is kinda surprising they signed you up directly Sprtbuff, because after reading your story. I would have swore it would have had more of an agent/local bookie flavor to it.

Been a while since I really heard anything about this book, however I believe that a former BetUS employee stole their database, and started this book. I know that this place is the only book I know of that will ask for all your info including your W2 form.

I found a email from someone at playug, this is the email i sent them:

We need to talk. However, if I am going to be threatened then the entire communication will cease and the authorities will be notified. I have had a seriously ****ed up year and I am trying to find a job right now that will pay me anything decent. I am about a month away from starting to make payments to take care of my debt. I would like to talk to you guys and take care of this. However, if you think having some asshole calling me a punk and that "I have been warned" is going to be the way to satisfy this, then you are mistaken. I am not mad, I understand this prob works with most, but not with me. So let me know if we want to speak like men, or if we want to be stupid with each other. If we can talk like men, I will call you this afternoon, or call me. xxx-xxx-xxxx. If anyone intends to call to "scare" me, then just lose the number. Once again, I am not mad and would love to talk to resolve whatever debt you feel I owe. Lets handle this professionally.

I have dealt with playug for almost a year now and have never had anything but great relations. They have been 1000% better about payouts than any group I've ever used. Their customer service has been great.

Since your posting have you been able to get things resolved in some way?
