Default BetJoint

I thought I would provide some feedback regarding my wagering experience at BetJoint since they are a new sportsbook that people may not know much about.

I signed up at BetJoint in late October after reading that new sportsbook BetJoint entered the Sportsbook Review rating guide. The signup process was fast. I clicked the signup icon on their website and filled out the information. I made a moneygram express payment deposit and they reimbursed the transfer amount and the fees and they gave me a 25% freeplay bonus. There was a 5x rollover requirement on the deposit amount only regardless of whether the freeplay bonus won or lost. They told me there was no hold period and once the rollover was met, the money could be withdrawn. I subsequently made another reload deposit and received the same 25% freeplay with 5x rollover.

A few days ago I requested a withdrawal by express delivery. I checked their website and was pleasantly surprised with their payout policy. They provide one free withdrawal per month and even have a written guarantee that payouts will be received within 72 hours or else they will provide a 25% account bonus. I received my money within 48 hours of my request.

I have been very happy with the customer service. They have replied to my e-mails within a few hours and are helpful when I call. Their website had some annoying message about horse payout limits that I had to click that I accept every time I logged into my account. I e-mailed them and asked them to remove this annoying message and the message was gone the next time I logged into my account.

I place my wagers online so I have nothing to report regarding availability to place phone wagers right before kickoff. But I have been happy with the online wagering website and the website has never been down when I login to place a wager. I am also happy with the availability of bet options, which includes quarter bets, team totals and props.

So I have been impressed with BetJoint. I realize that some people may only want to send their money to the older more established books and I can understand that. I also was hesitant about sending my money to a new sportsbook so I started out with a small deposit but then I increased my deposit amount on my reload deposit after gaining some confidence in BetJoint. I have also been frustrated by how some of the older more established books have used the Neteller fiasco as an on-going excuse for delayed payouts and excessive payout fees. For example, CRIS/Bookmaker charges $60 for an express delivery and it takes a few weeks to get my money. Quick payouts are extremely important to me and it is great to find a sportsbook that can get me my money fast.

I haven't had a withdrawal take longer than 3 hours. I haven't withdrawn anything over 800.00 but even that was quick. A good expierence so far.

Glad to hear others have been happy at BetJoint. My withdrawal was for 2 dimes so I requested a check. I received the check by Fedex the next day.

Thanks for the feedback, gang. One or more of you should do a player review on the SBR site.
