Exclamation Sports-1 & BetPhoenix Moneybookers withdrawals

We received some player complaints that Moneybookers payouts were backed up beyond the listed time-frame at both shops.

BetPhoenix mgt has confirmed the delays, and has stated all MB payments would be caught up by the middle to end of next week.

We've advised BetPhoenix to update its website with current funding/withdrawal options and accurate time-frames. Additionally, if players do not want to wait longer than the printed time for any backed up method, they need to be able withdraw an alternate way at the same cost as their preferred option.

As always, write to help@sportsbookreview.com with your feedback and concerns.

Thanks for good job.We will wait.
Before week payment methods and fees was on their site-before they change it.

I hope they are willing to do that. I hate it when I want one method but get stuck with another method that costs me more. Hopefully they can keep a steady flow of money in their ewallets.

Good to see the communication and common sense prevailing.

Lou, appreciate the effort, but this has been going on for a while now, from several posters. I do think that:
    Phoenix will pay everyone
Phoenix communication has been dreadful in letting people know where they stand
Lot of posters have been dogpiling / bashing

Is there anything that could have gotten SBR off the fence a little sooner to check up on this and get some factual information to people?

SBR was never "on the fence" with anything.

As soon as we received complaints via e-mail, from posters that followed through and launched official complaints giving their private account details, we forwarded those to BetPhoenix to get answers. It's not possible to assist those that don't ask for help. All posts stuck inside of a thread can't be manually monitored, unfortunately.

Again, in the strongest possible terms, I urge anyone with a complaint of any kind to make use of the complaint form - or e-mail directly, whichever you prefer. We are also available to assist by phone most hours, 7 days a week.

That means it take 5 month to withdraw my money.

I guess your memory's a bit hazy, as I'm staring at the e-mail where you were answered in one business day. Additionally, I sent you a follow up e-mail on March 22nd and never heard back from you.

Nonetheless, there's no reason to make grossly inaccurate assumptions, SBR is here to help - if you really think so little of us, I'm surprised you'd even file a complaint. But that's okay, you can keep swinging and we'll help regardless.

Hi Lou....Always enjoy reading your posts. I saw you write in another thread that payments are slow at this time of year. Why do you think these payment issues exist with different books? Most people lose so it has to be a money making business. Why would a book delay payments and not bend over backwards to get payments out? And if there is a legit issue why not let players know via email? It would seem to me that the book would gain massive support doing this from players. Doesn't addressing slow payments to players via a simple email create credibility as opposed to creating rampant speculation by letting time pass? I could never understand this aspect except they fear it would hinder deposits. A simple communication explaining to the person requesting the withdrawal what is going on would suffice. Seems simple enough to me but you never see it.

2 of the 8 players that wrote in regarding Moneybookers slow-pays have confirmed receiving payment this week. We are told by BetPhoenix management that all other Moneybookers accounts will be caught up by the end of this week.

Write to help@sportsbookreview.com if you haven't already.

Glad they're are finally processing the MB payouts. But, what kind of logic do they use when deciding which customer gets paid first?! Some people gets paid after waiting for just 1-2 weeks, whereas I've been now waiting for 3 months for lousy 1K EUR (final installment of a payout I requested in January), moonbeam said he's been waiting for 6 months. How about paying the guys who have been waiting for the longest??

I guess we should get our funds today since its the last day of the week they will be processing withdrawals. But i don't think its gonna happen

You should have an account rep. That rep assists you. I have had no problems at all once talking to the rep. You have to get by the girls who answer the intitial call and find out who your rep is and speak to him.

Puh, this is heavy stuff. Great research noyb!

I don´t want to adjudicate about this.

I have been banned in so many forums because I didn´t write in the administrators choice. This business is getting harder every day. So not only for this reason I like SBR. They are a very free forum and that´s what I appreciate a lot

I prefer to just have an automated process.
Click 'withdraw', fill in the amount and receive it the next day on moneybookers or Neteller.

Hmm. They always say max is $850. Thanks for the info.

I'm gonna ask they do this for me. I have been waiting on a cashout (first by check, then changed to wire transfer on their advice) since May 6th.

    HELL NO

When the hacker/BP employee went into my account to bet my balance on long shot parlays, I had a bunch of pending NCAA tournament futures bets.

I am trying to get what I have left off of that shit site.
