Well I am really frustrated right now with Sportsbetting.com. On May 12th I requested a 4 figure wire transfer withdraw from them. I was told I had to send in a scan of my cc front and back, a cc statement, my ID, and an authorization form. I sent all of that in on May 12th. They told me all of my documents were set and good to go to their accounting department. I contacted them 2 days later and they told me that they did not receive my ID and Auth form. I told them I was looking at the exact message I had sent them and it did indeed include those documents. The customer service rep quickly changed her mind and said they did receive that information. She then told me I could expect the money in my bank by Saturday. Saturday came and went and no money in my acct. I contacted them monday and they told me that I could expect the money in my account sometime this week. I contacted them yesterday to get a status at which point they told me my ID was expired which it is not. I sent them in a clearer copy of my ID. They once again told me that all my documents were set and good to go. Today I contacted them and they told me that someone has an account with them at the same address (my roommate) which they said is not allowed so I am in the process of getting that taken care of. I am really frustrated right now it seems that every day there is a new problem with my withdraw. I have been keeping on them because I have read further reviews. However this is ridiculous, not once was I sent an email or call telling me that I needed to solve these problems. I spent money that I normally wouldn't have because I expected money last week and now I'm afraid I might not even get my money. I would not recommend anyone use sportsbetting.com if you plan on winning money be prepared to be lied to and given the run-around. I'll keep this updated as new news comes in.
