Default Done with 5 dimes

got told to screw you buy a rep and hung up on. pissed me off. Won't use 5 dimes no more.

I'm a small time better. I live fairly far from wu/money gram office, so is what im looking for is a book that will take Echecks. I dont like using these other sites where you have to deposit with them then deposit to your book. They hit you with fee's etc and sometimes processing times can delay stuff. I just don't like it.

Anyways I'm looking for the highest rated book other than 5 dimes that will take an echeck.

Thanks!

I can't think of another book off the top of my head that takes echeck, but an alternative would be using eWalletxpress at bookmaker. You register your checking account with them, then you can deposit up to $750 instantly until your limits are raised.

Their fees are on the high side though and they'll charge you 10% on wd's so I'd probably just say screw it and take the drive to your nearest WU/MG.

I can't help but wonder if you were dealing with the infamous "Tony", that precious Diamond in the world of sportbook customer service.....

Bodog (SBR rated A-) and Skybook (SBR rated B-) both accept Echecks upto $300 a week. Other than these two books I really don't know of anyone else that offers this service to U.S. players.

Won't argue with the CS problem at 5D, especially if you talk to Tony (had that "pleasure" once), but a lot of pluses there. Reduced juice and free, quick transfers to name a few.

The funny part is they put "supervisors" on the phone. I'm not sure they are even supervisors until you get to a 3rd tier person. At least from my experience they tell you nothing different then the 1st guy...

Beted doesn't offer teamtotals or td/fg props or anything like that. Its not hard to use or bad, but there teaser options are limited as well.

The only problem I have with 5Dimes is that they refuse to clarify their grading of prop bets in regards to what scoreboard you can check to see if you won or lost. That answer they gave me in this live chat session is just totally unacceptable.

My id is no longer valid. It was deleted when I requested my payout. They said I hadn't rolled it over. I had just put a deposit in and they were giving me a hard time with my bets. Wouldn't let me do a withdrawl. I asked them to void my bets they wouldn't. I advised them I wanted to cancel. After that, they canceled my account with wagers still pending I believe i had a 14pt teaser pending from Tuesday thru NFL sunday bets. That wager was still on the account when it was deleted. So I just put a stop pay on my echeck. I had told them if they wouldn't give me the funds back I would stop the echeck. My bank says the stop is on it. So I came out minus w/e my stop pay was.

edit

PM me if you think my account ID will still help. I will gladly provide it and the single cell number used to contact them, and live chat was used for the final cancelation.

This doesn't sound right to me , first he says they were rude on the phone to him for no reason. Than the truth comes out that he tired to remove his money before the rollover was finished. Next he stopped pyment on the e-check.. than he cancelled his bets. I don;t know I think I would hold 5Dimes innocent at this point pending further investigation. His story smells to me

Well considering when you call in and ask for steelers -14 on MNF. (which was a loss) They had my juice at -150. Had me buying 2.5 pts. They had the line listed online on there site at -130 juice.

Then they screwed up my parlay for the midweek as well. At this point in time I ask my wagers be cancelled my money refunded and my account be canceled. They refused. My account was cancelled with money still in it and wagers pending. I then stopped payment on the echeck after they cancelled my account. The account was terminated with wagers pending before the stop pay was done thru my bank account.

So if 5dimes canceling your account with wagers pending/money in it is innocent. What would you do? I would stop pay the check instead of "trusting" a sportsbook to refund you money. I'm a customer I can find another book. I don't need to put up with a hassle for a refund and a "processing" time.

You just have to be careful you dont get black listed as a bad risk then it would be hard to find a book. I dont fault you for what you did but if your right and you are 100 % sure the book is dicking you over take it to SBR and most times they can help. By stopping payment on your Echecks it makes it look like your a welcher wether its your intention or not. Most serious players frown upon welching on a bet just as much as they do books screwing players over. GL Carrnage hope it works out for you.
