Interwetten complaint

Hello! My name Andriy xxxx.
I'm Interwetten client xxxx for a long period of time.
A week ago 2 live-bets in my account were settled incorrectly(were cancelled). Here are they.

WITHOUT any explanation my bets were cancelled. Be sure, all bets were placed BEFORE the second goal was scored.
I sent e-mails to interwetten on 23, 25, 26, 27 of November 2007, both from their site and from my 2! e-mail addresses.
No answer. Nothing.
I'm disturbed about other clients and poor customer support.

I've sent a letter to SBR, to mr. Dozer and all the stuff - no answer. I want to know if SBR received any explanation from interwetten, because interwetten didn't send me something.

From my experiences with their customer service is not the best to deal with at all. So needless to say I can understand why this guy is getting no where with them.

They are a solid book from a payout prospective, but will cut your limits to nothing fast.

Of course!
I wrote on this site about it.
I also contacted SBR support - mr. Bill Dozer and other managers. No answers. It frightens me. It seems to me that I'm alone in my trouble and nobody can help me.
Interwetten customer support IGNORES me. But they READ!!!! my letters:

I believe what Justin was referring to was asking if you "called" them up.

I know about 5 months or so ago that they did void a few players bets, but I don't really remember all the details on them off hand.

Did you check both emails? We sent to the second address you used on Tues. Sometimes the live betting disputes can take some time. Hopefully we will have an update tomorrow for you.

I usuallly play small bets live there and would like to know the result of this issue.

You could never get 100,000 up at interwetten. I can barely get $50 up now after they limited me. They are a pain in the ass but I did get paid out after lots of fighting with them. Never bet live so I can't comment on that.

I play their livebets and this is what probably happened, the game started earlier but interwetten was not aware of that. they post lines for livebetting usually 30-60 minutes before the game and sometimes their starting time is wrong. I was not following that game si I really do not know if that is the case, but I think it is quite possible...

This is no reason for them not to answer your emails. They should let you know why they cancelled your bets or stole your money.

Please don't concentrate on the sum of my bet!
Please concentrate on the point of problem - cancellation of stake without any explanation and the way INTERWETTEN acts with it's client. That's the point.
Mr. Dozer or somebody else at SBR! Please let me know smth., if you are solving my problem in order to prevent future fraud from interwetten??????
Or I can relax and remember for my future life: My problem is ONLY my problem.
Just let me know, please.
