I'm going to be short and sweet here...Been a Bodog customer since 1998. Please look at hand 993067810 (I'm Scott...look at false autofold then 1 second fold after raise). I can't get any rectification from these guys since Saturday!!!! (this is not a bad beat tonight) They ADMIT a technical issue...but they just don't care (simply put). The only other post I had on your site here was a payout that took months to get from them...I finally got it but it was a hassle. I think it's better if I find an alternative to BoDog (any recommendations?) or just fly to Vegas.. Stay away from bodog...talking with their management (with my credentials 10 year customer..which they said doesn't matter) is like an Angel talking to the Devil.....yes it is that bad...

Ya, I can understand your frustrations sir. In order for everyone to help you choose a new site to play at, what type of stakes do you play, and what is your game of choice.

Slowdog is horrendous in just about every way, no surprise with your story and the lack of customer service from them. Play at PokerStars for poker, and theGreek, WSEX, BetJamaica, and Matchbook for sports. If you're international, definitely look at WillHill and VictorChandler for poker as well. GL...

I started playing at Bodog. I've never had a problem with them and my pay-out was faster than I expected. Frankly, I surprised to read your post. I've had so many problems with other rip-off site and none with Bodog. I guess I've been lucky.

Bodog poker has a history of autofolding hands and gliches that cause hands to freeze and stacks lost. If you play long enough something will happen. Bodog CS usually is very good, A year ago for sure, lately I agree that they don't care about the poker side as much.
