Default WagerWeb is a SCAM!!! They zeroed out $7k balance.

I'm writing because they are full of shit and I hope no one else signs up with them. They may look like a legitimate site and have great "fake" reviews, but this is first hand experience.

I opened an account with $250. I turned it into an amazing $4k through football picks and the casino. I requested $1k and a $3k fed ex payment. They said they already took care of it and the check was good when I spoke to them on the phone! That sounds great, but that was before they even discovered my account number!!! So I pressed on and asked how can you send money when you don't know where you're sending it and the rep replies, "man, you're busting my balls here." - f@#k bas@#!

So now i suspect they're bullshit. So I confirm that i wanted a 3k payout and a 1k western union payout. I received my number and went to WU and collected my money with no problem. I asked if the check was sent and they said yes but couldn't provide me with a tracking number. Suspicious again!

So i turned my remaining 2k balance to over 7k in the casino. I've lost my job so i'm excited about this money that will help pay bills. I log on to my account today, they say it's been 0'd out because i lost in the casino! That is BULLSHIT! I was busy at a meeting. So I asked them to provide proof, IP address, bet amounts, patterns, etc. They couldn't provide anything and said, "Naw man, you lost it!"

If i had a way to @#$#@ i'd do it.

Stay away from WagerWeb bullshit.

Contact me if you have to and i'll provide you with any information you need.

****UPDATE**** UPDATE****UPDATE****
From this point forward, I will place my updates here so readers don't have to go through the entire thread, unless I am responding to someone's question or comment below. Thank you.

Updated: 11.29.07 6:04 pm CST.
This afternoon the Fedex guy came by and delivered a check for $3k I am happy to report that they have in fact paid out nearly $4k to me on my initial investment of $250. I am now awaiting the outcome and status of the $7k.

I did file a complaint giving details to SBR. So here is a synopsis of my report. I called them yesterday on the way to pick up the wired money. I asked a gal what was my balance. She reported to me $7k+. I picked up my wired $1k and between that time and getting home and logging on, probably about 30m, my balance dropped to 0. I called to inquire and they reported it was played with fake money at first, then another claimed I played and lost it. So what is the real story? Hopefully, SBR can get to the bottom of this. Thanks again for all your feedback.

Strange happenings if indeed all true. If you feel you really need some assistance with this matter then fill out a complaint form, and one of us will inquire on this on your behalf.

If you went and withdrew $1k, there should be $3k left, not $2k?

It is possible that the check was indeed sent and you gambled with their money they forgot to deduct from your account.

Unless it was an error there is no reason to just steal your funds.

Thank you all for your responses and the complaint form too! I will definitely file one. Here are the exact records. Please note that it says a payout was made. If it is paid out, I will follow up with a post! I tell it like it is. Notice the $7k plus is shown as a ZERO on my account; I thought this was an error and called them and that's when they told me it was lost in the casino.

Default update to the wager detail post

I just looked it over and can't really determine if it makes sense to you readers. Thanks for the help BigBoyDan, I appreciate someone helping with this because it really sucks. I know I already collected $1k and am crossing my fingers on the $3k check, but from the way they were on the phone, i'm not holding my breath. If anyone has other questions or suggestions, please advise.

About the gambling with their money - that is definitely not the case.

I didn't find this site to see the B- until after my situation; a mistake I won't make again.

Again, several spots/report on the site indicates a $3k payout, but not having the fedex tracking number is suspicious to me and they spelled my name wrong as the receiver. I can only wait and see if a fedex delivery shows up at my door.

Could it be they zeroed me out because they think i'm taking my winnings and they're afraid i won't lose it back to them? I mean $250 to nearly $11k. Any thoughts?

Thanks guys (and girls, if any).

dallas,

We will look for your complaint in the AM. Wagerweb has made some minor decisions that have not been fair but gathering the facts have not been a problem. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this for you.

The account history shows the FedEx payment ($3000) taking your account balance to -$2200 or so, and this is before the big $9700 casino win.

Okay so I spoke to them again this evening and they said the I should be getting the check and they'll give me a tracking number in the next couple of days. This is for the $3k withdrawal request.

I inquired about the $7k and one person said, something along the lines of it was fake money. They I spoke to someone else and they said, something different - it was real money and that it was indeed lost coming from a single IP address. Right then i knew they were BS because I have logged on on three different computers. I am somewhat technical but do know that my home IP is completely different from my parent's IP address. I'm assuming they may have access to MAC id's as well but after listening to their BS about all transactions coming from one IP, i felt they were just searching for something to say.

Mr X. Thanks for doing the math and taking the time to understand my situation.

Thanks for your additional feedback.

I'm still confused, according the that history, you made a $3k withdrawal when your balance was $693. Which, of course, is a great feature, I may start playing there myself!

I don't think they included my latest casino winnings in the report.
I sent in a complaint form. I'll cross my fingers and keep you guys updated.

Looking at the statement it is hard to tell whether you won your money before or after your payouts were requested. My guess is that they will come back and tell you that your 3k payout was issued while you were still in the casino, so you were effectively playing with fake money at that point.
