BetPhoenix is located in Costa Rica and is backed currently by DSI, but they are a completely different entity that is targeting a different type of player.

Their limits on Football and Basketball are 10 dimes on the full game at a .10 cent line, and 5 dimes on halfs at a 20 cent line. They also offer some decent odds on 2 team parlays (2.81).

The funding methods are not exactly the best IMO, but maybe I'm just looking at it from a U.S. players point of view.

Something that I felt was very inconvenient was after you fill out the online sign up application, they make you call in to activate your account.
