    Default Bethorizon on the clock

    There have been some discussions regarding Bethorizon's rating lately in the forum. I just requested a mid four figure wire payout from BetHorizon yesterday (Monday 5/10/2010). Let's see how long it takes for the money to get to me. You'll see for yourself what rating they should be. I will keep you posted.

    Make sure you check your balance to make sure they have subtracted it! That means at least they are in the process!

    I made major issues with them in the past! Good Luck!

    my experience was positive - swift withdrawal (1500+), though i didn't like that you have to email or call to request a withdrawal

    I had two wire withdrawals from them last month. One took 5 days, the second took 20 days.

    2 days and they haven't even subtracted the balance yet!

    We are a bit behind a bit only because we have had a lot of withdrawals from MB and we have had to refund the account many times and the banks here in CR have limited us on how much we can transfer on a daily basis, no need to worry..just a little patience is all we are asking.

    Carla sent me an email telling me that the wire is in progress. The payout amount has been subtracted from my balance. I will report back when the money hits my bank account.

    I've been requesting a steady 4-digit amount every week for the last 6 weeks.

    ** is next day every single time....max is 850 or 900 depending on waht processor they use.

    Bank Wires take around 3-4 business days... very consistent and have never had an issue with the 3 bank wires I've requested.

    Carla has also sent me money orders several times now... Those have been fed ex and usually get to my house within 2 business days.... And I have never had any issue at all with cashing them.

    Theyve been very solid with the withdrawals for me...

    I am waiting 2 weeks for Moneybookers withdrawal. Carla ignored all e-mails. Carl promised to check the status on my withdrawal 5 days ago. Never heard back from him. Terrible service. I will submit a complaint tomorrow.

    Not that Carl seems like a decent guy,the fact that Bet 911 goes belly-up & Carl & his new book do nothing for his loyal customers should tell everyone to avoid Bethorizon.I don't like saying this,but it pisses me off that we put faith in Carl & his pledges & what do we get in return-nothing.Not even a "sorry guys"...Whats up with that. Avoid Bethorizon

    I'm in the same boat as Mikelo. Have requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago, and Carl replied one day later that my payout will be processed soon.

    This week I have sent another mail to inquire why my withdrawal has not been processed yet, but have got no response

    No. I have been told that they need time to upload funds to their Moneybookers account. The lack of communication is what pisses me off. They don't bother to answer e-mails about withdrawals.

    Dark Star first I would like to say that when they "Fired" me and did not pay me my severance, I told everyone on the forums that they had cheated me and that was 11/3/09 over six months ago, I told everyone what was up..I can't be held accountable for what they did, I also told everyone to continue playing there at their own risk and you continued to play there and the same that happened to you happened to me! only I was not gambling there, I was working for them. I have repeatedly said that I feel bad for the people that were ripped off by them..Bet911 was a D- when I started there and when I left they had been upgraded to a C and that was because of my efforts as a manager,I of course could not be held liable if I did not work there, right? Bethorizon is a B book that has been here for over 15 years and I can say that the people that I work for are STAND UP and have been giving first class service for the duration, if you look you will see that there are not any complaints and there will be none! If there are problems with paying people it's not because they do not want to, its a banking issue and I can assure you all players have either been paid or are in the process of being paid and will continue to be paid..Thank you.

    I got paid yesterday FWIW....

    If they dont answer emails.. why dont people just call them? Is it really that difficult to pick up a phone and ask for a manager??? Phone customer service has always been superior to email customer service.... at 99% of offshore books.

    could not disagree more,a book that does not answer emails promptly is a sure sign that they have poor customer service,now as for calling a book,i usually can not understand the person or i am given different answers to the same question every time i call

    Bet Horizon has paid me out 16,000 now in less then 2 months.... I'm about 110% sure this book will not go under and to compare them to Bet911 is a joke....

    - $800 **... Requested 5/31 AM.... Recieved 5/31 PM.... Same day payouts are amazinggg... usually takes about 24 hours.. this one took much less.

    - $1200 ***********.... Requested 5/31... Recieved 6/2


    There payouts seem to be getting faster and faster for me.... Ill post here weekly with updates.
