Just requested 4k out of BetPhoenix
Will let everyone know how the process goes, so far my account rep told me it will take approximately 7-10 days to actually get the 4k in my hands. Will keep everyone informed about the process in the hopes of clearing some things up about BetPhoenix and their stability.

First they told me 24 to 48 hours
Then they told me 7-10 days
Now they tell me 7-10 business days
Now I see they have deleted my pending payout so I dont know what the **** is going on
Richard has not answered the email I sent him Saturday

If you'd write to Lou@sportsbookreview.com with your account #, payout request date and amount, I can inquire for you.
Alternatively, anyone with a payment or other complaint against BetPhoenix can fill out an official sportsbook complaint form.

waiting for that long for a withdraw isn't a B+ site, should be much lower in rating..

Me too 3k from 30April and they reject MoneyBookers, they reject ** finally they accept 1 transaction per week up to 850$ via ** .Today i was in 4 different banks and they told me-There is no transaction with this reference number?!
Its a slow pay or no pay?
Do i need to fill the complaint form or money are gone?

Not sure why you went to 4 different ** agents, they all have the same info. Contact betphoenix and confirm the reference #, it's probably off by one #. I seriously doubt they would intentionally give you a fake $850 ** ref number.

There is some strange stuff going down at the Phoenix right now. Nothing to be truly alarmed at but some strange customer service being shown by them towards their customers.

I really feel sorry for the posters that are experiencing painful payout sceanarios with this outfit..............been there, done that, and it sucks big time.
It's things like this that give the offshore industry a bad rap at times.........and rightfully so when crap like this occurs.

Is it a coincidence that the poeple who are getting $200 payouts are receiving them no problem but anything more than that, is when the problems start???

They're supposedly having a problem with sending checks/m.o.'s, which is likely how people are requesting 4-figure payouts. Smaller players have been requesting ** payouts and receiving them within a few days to my knowledge. It's not a coincidence; they are two completely different payment methods.
There have been other financially stable books (Jazette and BoDog come to mind) that had major processor issues (especially with checks) for months. They eventually solved their processor issues and payout times returned to acceptable levels.
I don't know more than anyone else, but before you assume the sky is falling, step back and consider that they really could just be having processor issues.

I'll ask again, cause nobody would touch this the 1st time. How do you have "processor issues" in sending money orders. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
1. Go to ** agent with cash
2. Buy Money order
3. Mail it out
Where is there a processor involved in that transaction?

I agree....Something just doesnt seem right. You would think, if need be, that they could just have their acct reps go to the local **/********** location and send the money themselves, should they actually have processor issues. I know most books wouldnt do this, but it would seem to me that it would be better than this cat and mouse game they are playing.

There could easily be logistical issues with trying to purchase tens of thousands of dollars in money orders.

But they have always paid me before in money orders, never by actual check. It's not like they would just start doing this all of a sudden, that's how they've been paying all along.

crazy lou, how about some information to all of us from your inquiries?
betphoenix, if this is truly just a "processor" problem, why not let players do book to book transfers with more books?

I'm not here to bash or support BP at this point but understand that this particular review is not new. If memory serves I came across it sometime last december. The author has clearly been down on BP for quite a while.

They need to get their book-to-book transfers back. A quick alternative way to get out.

If none of these payment methods are available anymore, they MUST be hurting financially. For there to be a problem with one method is one thing...but it seems that every method they offer has problems.
Lets look at the bright side...They are still taking all deposits without problems!!!
Maybe SBR can make a 1 minute phone call and get to the bottom of this for everyone. (hint, hint)

When they play all these games and say so many lies and cant pay some forum posters that means they have no money
No book will do book transfers with them because they have no money
betCris does not do transfers with betphoenix anymore
All this talk about how rich the owner is just bullshit
