Default Bookmaker/Cris grading errors with Parlay Cards

Bookmaker continues to have sporadic problems with their "Parlay Card" grading. The most recent problem they have had is with consolation parlays spread out over more than 1 day. Earlier this week, any parlay bet that had games on 2 or more days was graded as a loser (even if it eventually won).

This problem was further compounded by Bookmaker's failure to take corrective action it promised. Bookmaker customer service stated that it would put any parlay improperly graded as a loser as pending earlier this week. Winning parlay cards placed earlier this week are still shown as losing.

If you are betting any type of card at the Cris/Bookmaker family, you should look at any losing cards in the last week, and ensure they actually lost.

Yes, but that doesn't address the issue, or does it?

No it does not, but what was addressed is you took the time to register for this forum just to make one smartass comment.

They just did a complete overhaul on their parlay rules, so that has to be part of the problem I would think.
