Something very wierd is going on with BP over the last few weeks.

1. They used to offer payouts via ewallet, moneybookers, etc...They no longer do.
2. Their free payout each month via cashiers check or money order which used to be guaranteed in 3-5 days is now taking 3+ weeks to get with the only explanation being "processor problems".
3. As of last week, same day ** payouts are now taking 3+ days (which still isnt terrible but not what it once was).
4. As stated in another thread, their wagering dept reps are moving lines over the phone after you try to place your wager with the given line. (Ive tried to call Richard 10 times about this and everytime Ive been told he's in a meeting)
5. Many have reported that there is a manager named Phil that seems to be having a rough time having civil conversations with customers without slamming the phone down.
6. Many have reported that their balances have magically been zero'd out, possibly by former employees or hackers.
7. Many have reported that their limits have been drastically cut (alot more than usual for a book)
8. Richard no longer posts on these boards nor is he anywhere to be found when it comes to addressing any problems like he used to.

All in all, BetPhoenix seems to be on a slippery slope and going downhill fast and I am shocked they havent been downgraded though all of this. I used to be a big supporter of theirs but IMO, there are far better and safer places to place at currently until they either get their act together or close up shop.

I always felt something wasnt right with them. To many good books out there. I couldnt sleep at night knowing I had money in betphoenix.

As of last week they do. I requested $800 on Tuesday at 10:30 am and after many phone calls and runarounds, finally got a control number on Friday afternoon. Again, not terrible, just not what it once was. It just seems to me like there are lot of warning signs of an upcoming implosion. Anyone else see this coming???

Mike is an alias name also. BP is having problems and it is all while Mike bails out on his payouts. Hmmm!

Spoiled by Nevada.There is a catch everywhere you turn, the worst was by an a book recently-that grades a tie as a loss with your freeplay--what does tie mean-but your have to read the small print they say- well being reputable means not having to read the small print. It is called logical reasoning.gl to all, learning real quick- by the way this was an A book to boot.

Do you have any facts that support this? I would be surprised if either of your claims were true.

I have no proof that one owns the other, I am asking everyone to do their homework. My problem is Mike Spencer is tied to some of this somehow and he will rip you off and try to blackmail to get you off his back.
More people are researching this and we will soon get the info we need to confirm. In the meantime I would just get out and steer clear of anything he has anything to do with. Very simple. From legendsportsbook, ace23, 4pcv.com I do know are all refferals to this guy. If BP is connected then once we get confirmation, I would bail out quick cause you will not get paid. These are facts and supportives.

how can you lose money on a push? i guess only if you are playing at BOOKMAKER. i have never heard of a book doing this. i always want cash but have taken free play over the years. never heard of this bs. once you know the rules you can only play 1/2 points. seems odds are good most people find out after losing thier freeplay on a push.

This is making me really nervous about the check withdrawal i requested this week. Usually the money was taken out of my account within 2 days. Its been 5 days and it's still sitting in there.

I told you guys. This really isnt funny. I was a huge supporter of this place but something is seriously wrong over there now. Payouts are not getting issued in anywhere near a timely manner and there is just alot of wierd happenings over there right now. Maybe its the stress thats causing this Phil to yell at everyone.

I wish you the best of luck with your payout. I am going to be requesting my funds on Monday morning and will report what happens. I've got that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach though

They've actually been cutting limits left and right since perhaps 6 months ago, so that isn't really a recent development.
