On such small amts too...$3600 and they need installments??

never play at a book that loses transfer partners.

When did they start doing ** withdrawals?

Maybe he meant ** instead of **; I often confuse the two. BTW, has anyone gotten a wire from BP and how long did it take?

I have not yet requested a wire, but I think they only service B of A, Chase, and Wells Fargo customers....

Thanks, Penguin. I have a Chase account, so I'll try this route. No sense in waiting for a check that's not coming.

They made me wait approx 10 days for my first 2 moneygrams and I had to pay $65 to receive $850 and did that twice. Now they are telling me I have to wait for 14 days and pay another $130 total to receive another 2 $850 moneygrams. I was told a manager would call me first thing yesterday morning (Monday) to see if they will cover my fees on the next 2 moneygrams. Thankfully I am not holding my breath waiting for the call. I understand they have to reserve their calls for deposit solicitations. I refuse, however, to make any more plays with these goofs and risk losing anything back (which is what they are hoping I do). I am just playing with Betjam and amazingly...no problems

They have cleared the withdrawal amount from my account, hopefully the wire will show up later today or early tomorrow.

Dino owns BetDSI. This book makes a scarey amount of money. They make so much money, they give it away on stupid stuff, and don't care much.

Dino is an owner of BetPhoenix. His reputation is spotless.

If I'm wrong on any of these facts, someone tell me. Processing issues might be a pain in the ass, but right now, I would not (and did not) sweat having a big 5-figure balance there waiting for processing to pay me.

I have been to their office. I have seen their operations, how the book has matured, and some of the new areas they are attacking. They are still having some growing pains, but nothing points to a cash shortage.

If Dino dropped out of BP, I would reconsider. But as is, I would play there in a heart-beat if they would give me the full package. Sadly though, good rec-books are tough on pro players (although this is good for their long-term solvency).

    Is betphoenix a sinking ship???

FWIW & FYI, I got paid today. I cancelled my $2000 check payout for two $850 cash payments (1MG & 1WU). BP picked up the fees on both.
