Sportsbook Payout Issue - Need Advice Desperately
Hello everyone, I am currently dealing with a serious payout issue. I won more than $35,000 with a book based in costa rica, and they gave me a large bonus. I sent them more than $20,000. My account balance exceeds $62,000, and now the book has frozen my account and accused me of cheating. Its obvious that they are doing whatever they can not to pay out.
They have fired my account manager and are not cooperating with me. They refuse to speak to me when I call and they do not respond to my emails either. I have spoken to a few people here and there and they are giving me lame excuses it seems just to get me off their back. I need to speak to anyone that has dealt with this similar situation in the past and if you know of any recourse in getting my money back? Or if you have personally or know of someone who has ever gotten a large settlement back from a low rated book through any means necessary (ie; lawyer, go in person, osga, etc.) Also, if you have tried to get a criminal lawyer to prosecute a book or anything along these lines, or if you have any other ideas I would really like to hear? I know OSGA can help me out but other than that resource is there anything else you can help me with? These guys will cost me a bankruptcy if I don't recover my funds so I have to do everything in my power to get my money back! Does anybody have any legal advice to give me based on costa rica online gaming law? Or if anyone can refer me to a good lawyer out there I will pay you a finders fee if I recover my funds. Or if you have any other advice I am in an extremely tough situation and am willing to listen to any feedback you may have. Finally, please pass this message along if you know any key people in the costa rica online gaming industry if you think they might have any insight to this whole situation.
